If you’re a couple or not, especially when you are family think twice before you book this hotel because they call it this is not a hotel this is residency apartment or residency hotel I don’t know so they don’t come and clean your room every single night or day you have to stay minimal four nights and then they will come in clean your room free of charge. The location is too far from the centre. You need to walk down from the hill to catch “A” bus to visit Antibes. But it is very peaceful place by the way and they provide in the rooms cooker fridge everything you can think in the studio flat except washing machine and dryer 

The room was average, I had paid for a double for an extra €3 to then realise it was the two single beds pushed together from the original two single bed booking, super uncomfortable beds, this was definitely not a 4* not sure how they got that rating. We had previously stayed in a 2* and this was a million miles better. The security is fantastic, when we arrived! Helped us to the room and advised how to get food etc.. would we stay again, no.

Perfect for work and due to the proximity to the neighboring commercial area.

The hotel requires a major renovation in public areas. We were given a room with broken air conditioning. I intervened three times until I was informed that the service would come. The specialist came AFTER A WEEK. He came and said that he does not deal with this. And that was the end of the repair. There is a gym, BUT every time you have to go to the reception to have it opened. There is a sauna, BUT you have to order it in advance. There is a steam sauna, BUT it is out of order. Maybe it is a good thing, because the black mold on the floor is so scary. In the morning I booked it for the evening, BUT no one turned it on. The terrace by the pool is starting to rot from the top. The pictures of the dining room in the hotel description are false. The last one is real, the rest is a demo version. I do not recommend this hotel.

The price is reasonable, but the hygiene is average. There are a lot of mosquitoes and there is a musty smell in the room. But at this price, there is no better choice for summer.

The residence is quite quiet and good. The swimming pool was welcome when returning from Marineland but not very large compared to the number of apartments.

Don't come! It is not a hotel but a building, it is not specified that several people literally live in its apartments (so neighbors smoking ****, noises) The worst thing is the cleanliness: oh my god if only I I had taken a picture of what I saw, dirty floor, impossible to walk on without flip flops, dirty kitchen, yellow wall, in short, the whole thing Moreover, the bed is so small for two people The only positive side: the swimming pool I would add that the hotel is totally far from everything, without a car it's a hassle, even impossible with transport because the last one is at 6 p.m. It’s 25 minutes by transport from Antibes center… In short, I do not recommend.

It's quite satisfactory, you can cook, the equipment is quite complete, old but usable. The house is large and parking is convenient, but don't go if you don't have a car, there is nothing around.
