Strategic location located in an alley not far away from the red street which is away from the busy street and free from noises. Don’t be hassle to go up the rooftop bar to watch the Korean tourists having fun with their chick that they brought back from the red street 👍🏻

Nice place. Buffet breakfast is better than widus. Wide selection, amazing menu. The infinity pool is world class. Heated pool with live band during weekend. Now serving authentic biryani dishes. The lengua and calameres is a must try. Also hotel got 24/7 coffeshop, the muffins are delicious

We stayed here for our family outing! 20 minutes away only from Aqua Planet, the staffs are accommodating and welcoming! We booked the family room, the downside is only 1 pillow for each bed, I wish at least 2 pillows for each beds kasi 1 pillow each is totally not enough. Good thing we have our own pillows. Overall we had a good stay!

This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at Prime Asia Hotel and they are consistent - clean rooms and a comfortable place to stay indeed. You get your money’s worth. I know that for every visit I will be doing in Pampanga, I will book my hotel here and I would recommend this to my relatives and friends. One thing I appreciate is the guards check and confirm what room the guests go to. They call the room and confirm if we expect a visitor. Even as they leave, they confirm it. It is a good security check. Thank you Prime Asia Hotel and Management! Continue to stay consistent.

What a mix up of a hotel good and bad. Great food. Great and bad staff. From arriving pressing my long term partner for ID and not allowing her as a guest (first time ever in Philippines). I lost one day of stay due to travel delays, needed a rest. On arriving at pool told that my partner and I could not play cards. Made to pay extra for check out only 30 mins extra allowed free of charge (even though lost a days stay. Potentially a very good hotel - some excellent staff - but very mixed messages making you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. In desperate need of good customer service training and how to apply this - and certain staff need to lose the jobsworth attitude (must only be displayed in order to make them feel important).

The room was quite clean and very reasonably priced for the price of a mid-level room at another hotel this room had extremely good amenities the room was extremely clean the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place 10 out of 10 the only thing that I did not like about this hotel was just the location but they can't change that

This hotel has friendly staff, a restaurant,and a live band at the bar by the pool and is resonably priced however I can't recommend it as it feels dated on the floor we stayed on (5) there was at least 2 rooms with dogs as we heard them barking also we were woken up by the sound of tiny feet running across the ceiling which was presumably a family of rats also enjoying a stay. There's better places for the price. Did I mention the dead spider hanging over the bed.

This is my first time staying at Prime Asia. I was very impressed by the quick service they had provided. They had done an excellence jobs on the room cleaning and willing to provide addition requested on the last minute. Will definitely come back to this hotel on my next visit recommend to friends.
