Superb arrangement, with full coperation and smilling faces. My childreen enjoyed the stay. Swiming pool was very clean All thing are excellent.

my experience was truly delightful. The resort’s lush greenery and serene ambiance provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The accommodations were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly hospitable, attentive, and went out of their way to make the experience special. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The variety of cuisines offered, especially at The Banyan Tree Restaurant, was impressive, with authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. The spa services were also exceptional, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The resort’s facilities, including the large swimming pool and fitness center, were well-kept and added to the overall experience. Whether it was a peaceful morning walk around the property or simply unwinding by the pool, everything felt luxurious and well-thought-out. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be [mention any minor issue, e.g., room service delays or Wi-Fi connectivity, if applicable. However, this did not take away from the overall wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Madhubhan Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway. I look forward to visiting again in the future!

Probably one of the best properties/resorts that we have ever stayed in. The room, the bath, the eco friendly design and layout, the free roaming peacoks, birds and the lush green mango trees make it a virtual green heaven!! The 24/7 ressturant is quite spacious and we had a very leisurely dining expereince. The service from the staff was excellent, especially Mr.Ganeshan who took care of my special gluten free needs as well. The property is quite high end when it comes to costs.... but well worth it!!

Madhuban Resort needs Management change, the service was 5 stars few years ago but looks like 2 stars now, Had privilege to visit Spa section for pedicure / Manicure , Had very good experience in past few visit but this time it was different, for the welcome they give you detox water and than special tea w/ gud and honey. Excellent tea , would like everyone to go and try, The Reception desk Madam Radhika and Pradipbhai always welcome you with smile and excellent vibes. I was not happy with the manicure service This time because the artist Soraj who did the work was arrogant, every trip I usually have tea while getting service, when I requested the tea he repeatedly said after service not while service is performed, even though his colleague Mr Sachhin said to get it he refused, finally Sachin ji requested Ms Radhika to get the tea and she gave me tea. Soraj attitude was not adequate for Madhuban Standards. Even the manicure done by him was not madhuban standards . Sorry to say but Madhuban leadership needs to pay more attention to this kind of issues.

Beautifully maintained property and very courteous staff. The food was really good quality as well. Rooms are very clean and really good common seating area spots. The pool was really good

Extremely Disappointed – A Nightmare Experience at Madhuban Resort We had booked 7 Mandavi Gom cottages for 1 night on 28th June, expecting a peaceful and premium stay. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be the exact opposite. The service at the 24x7 restaurant was absolutely pathetic. The waiters seemed clueless about the menu and were literally fumbling with our orders. Our entire order was wrongly served, and to make things worse, all the breads were uncooked. We had to call the head chef ourselves to show him the problem, and even he agreed they were improperly cooked. Despite that, the issue was not corrected and we were left hungry and frustrated, having to walk out of the restaurant without eating but paying a bill of 13k. To add insult to injury, their prices are absurdly high—for example, ₹250 for a glass of chaas, but the food quality and service are far below even basic standards. The baked macaroni wasn’t even baked, and although we had ordered à la carte, they served items from the buffet without informing us. What’s more shocking is that despite all these complaints, no one from the management even tried to make up for the poor experience. No apology, no compensation, not even a genuine effort to improve our stay. The final straw was when we requested a few lemon slices to our room and were told we’d have to order an entire green salad just to get them! Absolutely ridiculous. Clearly, they are only interested in looting customers, not serving them. This place is a disaster in the name of a resort. We do not recommend Madhuban to anyone looking for even basic hospitality. They have zero regard for customer experience, and it was a total waste of money and time.

Had a very good experience. Nice and clean rooms. Great food. Staff if very cooperative. Would like to appreciate Special care received from Mr Ganeshan. Good experience at Spa. We have always preferred Madhuban for our stay since years. Looking forward to visit again definitely.

I chose Madhubhan Resort to celebrate special occasions with my family, and I truly can’t thank them enough for making it such a memorable experience. From the moment my family arrive until the time we departed, every single person we encountered went above and beyond with their warm hospitality. A special thanks to Ankita Patel, who was constantly in touch and ensured that everything was organized smoothly and effortlessly. Her attention to detail and support throughout made a huge difference. My family also had a wonderful time at the spa Suroj and Laphi were absolutely amazing and added to the overall experience with their professionalism and care. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Excellent resort, great hospitality. If you are looking for few days off away from home / business, this is a great place to stay. Restaurants are good, almost all cuisines available. Live music, birds, swimming pool, mango trees and lots more.

The people are what make this hotel they are just great! The taxis to go out of evening was a bit tricky at times as they only had two drivers so we had to get an uber, I am white British and my husbands family is from Gujarat so he panicked about my safety, however I have to say I felt so safe and secure here. Food was amazing! The security in some hotels can be quite daunting but these guys were sooo humble and warm. We would most definately come back. The property is very very good, spacious, the staff is very helpful, courteous. The food could have been a bit better but the amenities and facilities are very good. The spa services are also very good, recommend the foot massage and salon services.

We had booked Madhubhan Resort for our company's Chairman & Founder & they had the most delightful time in May 2025. They loved the stay / spa / saloon spa / hospitality / Food / ambience / staff greeting & politeness. All the aspects A-Z of Madhuban was perfect. Presidential suite is the best out there. Spa voucher was complimentary. Special thanks for Ms. Savitha & Ms. Radhika for taking utmost care of the Elite guests throughout from check-in to check-out & serving with the highest hospitality standards :)

The property is beautiful and serene amidst of mangoes orchard. One can see mangoes all over the place, ***** with sitings of pea-hens and ducks.. Constant sweet chirping of birds and different music by the artists at the hotel, made the stay memorable. The staff is cordial and well trained. The food was tasteful and qualitative. Our stay was the most comfortable and relaxing.
