Hotel is not a 5 star hotel stay at a hostel for the same standard - the rooms are small and air conditioning very noisy- moved to another room smelt very damp - sound proofing could hear room next door going to toilet and room above moving around most of the night - sauna and steam room - steam room was out of order - needs very uncomfortable I have bad back therefore prefer a softer bed - would not recommend to stay here there are lots of more beautiful hotels for less money - I will stay at one of those next time

Very nice location, rooms are quite big, bed comfy. One thing I dislike however is that I was waken up at 9:00 Am by a cleaning lady entering the room, then again after I have confirmed the extra charge to stay in the room until 3pm (20eur/hour), they call me at 2pm and again knocked the door at 2:40 pm to remind me to check out, is there any communication issue in the hotel?

Staff is nice, who recommended a few places for me to visit since it was my first time in the city. The hotel is clean and very centrally located, just right next to the Rijksmuseum. However, the hotel failed to mention it is right next door to a construction site that happens to start work at 8am and right by the road. I was given a room on the first floor and my quality of sleep… 📉📉📉

Clean room and exceptional services provided! Convenient location as it's only 3 stops away from Amsterdam Central, there's even a bus interchange outside the hotel! Super convenient to get to the city area as the metro station is just right outside the hotel too. Would recommend to stay here if you want somewhere quieter but yet convenient to get to the city.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the sauna and the delicious breakfast each morning. Had a lovely stay at this hotel! It's in a pretty convenient location that's just a 13 minute walk away from a free ferry (that comes every 5 minutes or so) and gets you to Amsterdam Centraal within 3 minutes. The room (we had a queen + sofa bed combo) was decently sized, comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the included breakfast - cold cuts, hard-boiled eggs, breads/pastries of all kinds, and yogurt were the main options, and they were tasty; the area was also spacious and they had the food dispersed throughout, so even though it was busy at times, there wasn't really any wait ever. They also had a lovely library space in the lobby that was perfect for working or reading. Would absolutely stay again if we found ourselves back in the city!

I asked them to leave my bag for me one night before my reservation because I was going to Brussels, and they kindly took care of it for me. They also gave me some time to prepare when I checked out. I'm also grateful for the scale. I didn't know the name of the man at the reception when I checked out.. He was really friendly. I'm going to recommend him to my friends^^

Its quite nice hotel. But our impression went very bad because of building where the hotel is located under massive construction. So it was not nice at the beginning, carry heavy luggage for a quite long way before finally reach reception at 8 floor. Reception staff and also manager that night, Rajna tried hard to make our stay comfortable and give free upgrade for some room. Their willingness to communicate and solve the problem is really good and its helpfull. My input just please put fair information at any booking agency that there is construction is still going on so people can manage their expectation really well.

After the check-in, I encountered a series of problems. The front desk arranged people to help me solve the problem. The service was very good. My suitcase is broken, and the hotel is looking for someone to help me get it. Then the skinny is too slippery to open the door. The front desk is looking for repairs. I can wrap the tape on the handle to facilitate my access and the hotel steak is super delicious.

There is an excellent hotel in a beautiful mansion on the Prinsengracht. The staff is very friendly and happy to take the time to answer all your questions. The room is beautifully decorated with a classic design that fits seamlessly with the historic ambiance of the building. The welcome drink in the attractive and intimate restaurant was much appreciated. In short, a wonderful experience.
