Very good customer service at the reception. I arrived early and was given a room to check in at noon. The room was clean, comfortable, and I like the fresh fragrance throughout the hotel. Clean bedding, shelves and wardrobes. Soap, shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel were provided and the shower was easy to use with adjustable water temperature and power. There were a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee (Nespresso) and a kettle in each room. There are elevators to various levels, including the lower ground level where the hotel restaurant can be found. Breakfast is available till 12noon at an additional charge. I had breakfast at Bagel & Beans just opposite the hotel, which opens at 8am each morning. The location is convenient, just 15mins walk from Amsterdam Centraal train station, well connected to ferries, buses and trams. The blue and white ferries cross River IJ and are free of charge. Thanks to Room Mate Aitana, I had a very enjoyable stay with my family.

The staff is very helpful when we asked for early check-in, it has made our day less hassle. The room is spacious and clean.

During our three-night stay at this hotel with my family, the staff exhibited genuine kindness and helpfulness, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. However, despite these positive aspects, the room was uncomfortably cold. Despite the central heating being set to a maximum of 23 degrees, it hovered around 21 degrees, and sometimes even less. Upon requesting a heater, we were provided with a small one (attached below), but the second room lacked a switcher to plug it in. Typically, when returning to a hotel on a cold day, one hopes to warm up, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. Despite this setback, I rate the hotel 4/5 for its cleanliness, value for money, and the kindness of the staff, especially when compared to other options in Amsterdam.

The room service didnt clean our rooms for 2 days, they dont send water bottles and are highly understaffed The house keeping randomly enters the room without knocking the door or ringing the bell. Pathetic experience

Room smelled bad, no room slippers were provided, but hotel staff were responsive when feedback was given.

The location is close to the train station, the hygiene is very good, and the required celebration gifts are carefully arranged.

The corner room has a beautiful view and is not far from the central station. It is within walking distance. It is a good place to stay.

The hotel's front desk service was very good. The arrival time was too early that day, and the front desk staff still tried to let us check in early. The hotel is right by the river and the view is great. It's just that the hotel tax is a bit high haha, and the toilet's ventilation is not very good.
