One of the best hotels in Hefei actually. New and clean rooms, bathroom is awesome. Breakfast is various and tasty. Definitely could recommend.

Very bizarre entrance for pickup.

It is a good choice for business trips. The location is excellent. It is located near Fuxi Plaza in the pedestrian market. It is also convenient to travel to various places. It is directly accessible by subway and bus. The breakfast is especially rich. I will choose to experience it next time I go there. Very good😊

I stayed at the R&F Westin for two nights and one night in the intercity. I felt that this hotel is very cost-effective. The rooms are very new and the facilities are very good. The breakfast is also very rich. It is not inferior to the old five-star hotel. The front desk will be very welcoming.

The front desk lady is beautiful, kind and gentle, and her service attitude is absolutely great! The welcome fruit is very fresh, and the breakfast environment is very good! The location is very good, just above the Yangtze River Collection and downstairs is H2O, my favorite Hefei cafe. The hotel is newly opened. There are some scattered businesses downstairs, which is very convenient. You can walk to Huaihe Road in ten minutes without worrying about eating. What surprised me most is that the hotel's facilities are comparable to the low-end version of the Grand Hyatt, and the price is less than half of the Grand Hyatt. If you are only on a business trip for a day or two and come to Hefei, you can definitely stay here. Although it is newly renovated, the ventilation should be in place and there is no post-renovation smell at all. As for the noise reported by everyone during the renovation, I could only hear a very subtle banging sound on the wall in the bathroom if I listened carefully. I live on the 18th floor and there was no sound at all when I slept at night. There are also disadvantages. The pillow is average and my neck feels sore when I sleep. I suggest that the hotel change the pillow when selecting products. This pillow is relatively average. Everything else is pretty good, especially when working at night facing the double-sided floor-to-ceiling windows in the corner.

The hotel staff provided warm service, and all our needs of bringing children were met. The room was cleaned promptly and the breakfast was rich in variety and tasted good. Overall, it was a five-star rating.

The location is about ten minutes' walk from Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, with convenient parking. The room still has some odor because it is newly renovated, but the service attitude is very good.
