The room was clean and very nice. The staff were kind. The windows were big and the bed was comfortable. But the walls were thin. I could hear the moaning of the person next door. But the noise only lasted for a moment.

The hotel is good and close to restaurants, markets and transportation.

Clean interior and neat bathroom

We enjoyed our stay. Checking in and out is easy. Room is also nice maybe there's just a bit problem because we only have one window. After all it's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience at the XO Infinity Hotel in Amsterdam was quite positive in some aspects, but with certain details that affected my stay. As for the location, I have no complaints, as it is well located, close to places of interest and with good transport connections. In terms of quality-price, it is certainly one of the most affordable hotels I found in the city, which is a plus. The service was excellent, the staff was always friendly and attentive, which made my stay more pleasant. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired. Although the hotel in general was decent, some details in the cleanliness were not the best, which is something I would like to see improved. As for the bed, it was not what I expected; it was not at all comfortable and I had a hard time getting a good rest. In addition, there was quite a bit of noise between the rooms, which was very annoying, especially during the night, which affected the quality of my rest. Overall, the XO Infinity Hotel has positive things, but the lack of comfort due to the noise and the uncomfortable bed makes me doubt whether I would repeat the experience.

The room was very clean, but the cleaning service was a bit slow and no one came all morning. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and there are direct buses to the airport and the city center, including the airport bus 369 and the city center tram No. 7.

Very good Justo I had an error in the reservation because it has 2 branches and this one was further away, they solved it very well for me !!!
