M Design Hotel @ Pandan Indah Reviews

This is my second time to this hotel. It was riddled by a baby cockroach affliction but has since been resolved in this 2nd visit. It seems to have a change in management hence, the phone number are down or changed. It is slowly improving and I wish them the best.

The room was dusty and mosquito alot... The beds was stinking badly and unable to sleep properly. The cleaners have to make efforts to clean the rooms properly..

Overall quite good, just that lot of ants in the room..

Very good budget hotel. Improvement suggestion on car park management, have at least 10 minutes time for car waiting for hotel guests, the car park attendent wanted to collect payment immediately when the car stop and waiting for hotel guest to artived.

The toilet is very smelly and aircond remote controller is not working. The room given to us is very small and old.

Location is strategic. Next to shopping mall. Within walking distance to many eateries.

Fast service. Located at MPAJ building. Easy to find food nearby

Good budget hotel. Ample car park available.

The dustbin is not user friendly but overall consider good...

Overall the stay is acceptable. The good is location, ample car park, cool air cond. The bad is average cleanliness, loud noise when next door closes door and uses toilet.

Room too small. Might consider due to room rate. Washroom facilities is bad.
