Very spacious and clean room. I must also say that the shampoo, etc. is top notch (especially the conditioner). If I have to nitpick, it would be that it's a bit of a walk to the train station. Apart from that everything is very good.

Stayed at Amba Taipei Ximending Hotel from June 3-5. Booked two family rooms. Great location and spacious rooms, but quite basic with no standout features. Overall, a comfortable but average stay. P.S. The toilet restaurant is just a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel.

Hotel was great, convenient, clean and easy to navigate. Located considerably centre of ximending and easy access to all food, shop, drink and whatever you needed as you named it except the room I stayed with window facing the downstairs cafe/bar which if the live band performing will have quite loud sound were transmitted into the room. Other than that all good!

Very clean room and nearby is all the shopping you need. Overall is very nice and clean room for families. Room size is ok when 2 luggage is all open up on the floor .

The room was spacious. I liked how the bathroom and shower space were seperated. There was daily refills of 2 water bottles, tea bags and instant coffee granules. There were many breakfast spots just next to the hotel so we didn’t eat at the hotel. Toothbrushes were not provided. We loved the ginger smelling shampoo and bath gel. We won’t be staying at Ximending too, too crowded!

Only certain type of room is Muslim friendly, please check with the hotel before u book. I'm lucky when I checked in there is a Muslim friendly room (the toilet with bidet). 😅 For Muslim friendly breakfast can request during check in they will prepare for u.

Hotel is clean, service is good. Love the surrounding, but only one thing, if want bidet have to top up..but overall is excellent.

The hotel was in a great location and had a lovely restaurant and bar its just a shame its only open to 9pm and you can not have a quiet drink or food in your own hotel bar and restaurant. Staff sure helpful when you ask for anything.

The hotel has a good location. Breakfast is good too......not so good is the high cost for keeping the luggage for some days.

Everything is good here. Room clean staffs friendly and nice, just that the water tap need some repair (very difficult to open and close the tap) all other things are great! Will come stay here again when I visit Taiwan again •ᴗ•

Looks very dated and very old has a certain smell it doesn't seem pleasant

Very convenient location.  Quiet room even when it’s in the middof xmd.  Breakfast spread was good offering both ********* and western options
