Great hotel. Excellent value for money fantastico breakfast 👌

Our second visit, not as perfect as the first visit as it was spoilt by noisy guests above moving the furniture around and making a nuisance of themselves until 2.00 am. Not the hotels fault, which was very good.

Hotel with a very nice design, it surprised me. Spacious rooms but you can see the passage of time. Two double beds although the mattresses are springs. Food quite acceptable without being remarkable. Friendly staff.

Always a pleasure to be at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent entertainment. Magnificent view from the 8th floor. I will go again.

A great hotel complex, overall everything was very good and the location was extraordinary.

When you arrive they charge you for the child that already included a free child in the reservation. They charge you €100 as a deposit which is not put in reserve and the very young girl at reception answers badly as if you are illiterate. He even tells you that the Ñ is not used in emails as if you were stupid. He tells you that your daughter is 12 years old, as if you wanted to rob the hotel when he has in front of him the ID of the girl who is months away from turning 12. WITHOUT STOP OFFENDING.

Excelente atención al público. Cercanía, amabilidad por parte de cada personal desde recepción, camarer@s, limpieza, animación, ... Excelente alimentación en cuanto a variedad y calidad. Un hotel con encanto para un alojamiento muy agradable.
