Really nice hotel. Entrance is a little strange as the reception is on the 17th floor but room is nice, rooftop breakfast is great and views are amazing!

Really nice place to rest for a few days in Almaty. The rooftop breakfast is really nice with a good view! The air conditioner could be a little better and the curtains could be a bit darker. Overall the hotel is nice with friendly staff!

The hotel's ground floor is unassuming, located on the 12th to 17th floors of an office building. The remaining floors are occupied by other companies and shops. The management and service are acceptable. The hotel's highlight is the rooftop terrace restaurant and bar, where you can dine and enjoy a drink in the evening while appreciating the night view of Almaty. Young people love to celebrate birthdays on the rooftop.

1. It's hard to find the entrance. There is no lobby from the taxi to the hotel. There is a ditch that needs to be crossed, and there are stairs. It's very inconvenient to carry the suitcase up. 2. The elevator is very small. If the suitcase is bigger, it can only accommodate 3 people. It's very crowded and uncomfortable. 3. The room is very shabby, especially the bed, which collapsed! ! ! ! I can't believe this is a 4⭐ hotel on Ctrip? ? ? I won't come again and I don't recommend it.

The cons are a dirty elevator and an unclear entrance to the hotel. A curtain fell off on the second day, we didn't tell the reception, because we thought they would notice when cleaning the room, but we were very wrong. The hotel is for "sleeping". The price-quality ratio is much higher in favor of the former.
