Really nice hotel. Entrance is a little strange as the reception is on the 17th floor but room is nice, rooftop breakfast is great and views are amazing!

Really nice place to rest for a few days in Almaty. The rooftop breakfast is really nice with a good view! The air conditioner could be a little better and the curtains could be a bit darker. Overall the hotel is nice with friendly staff!

You have to pay separately for each person, despite the fact that a married couple paid 65,000 tenge for 1 day for a luxury room. We lived in room 1204, I can't say that there was a mountain view. For this money, it is better to rent somewhere else. The elevator worked 1; cleanliness 3. The building is not a separate building. It is a pity to spend money on such a hotel
