Scandic Malmö City Reviews

Malmö is easily coupled with a Copenhagen trip. The location of the hotel is extremely good while avoiding the night noises. Clean and tidy room that has all basic amenities plus a microwave and a fridge. Breakfast buffet is superb with good quality bread cheese, cold cut meats, eggs and lots of juices/ coffee/ milk varieties. Most places are within 10 minute walk. Almost everything in Malmö are within 20 minute walk. Highly recommended place to stay

Lovely big room that worked perfectly for our family of 5, clean and fuss-free, super easy check-in/out and excellent breakfast. Just a few metres from the Disgusting Food Museum and near lots of food options.

My lovely wife Ping and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Scandic Malmo City. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We especially enjoyed its close proximity to downtown Malmo, making it easy to walk even to the central station, as we did when we took a day trip to Copenhagen. We would like to especially recognize Janne at the reception desk for his friendliness and kindness to us. He was always willing and available to assist us with any of our questions and requests. Thanks Janne!

Good hotel

Central hotel with a good breakfast but there is not parking car fee included.

Fantastic location with good facilities. Staffs are nice. However, the dryer is pretty useless.

The facilities are average, at the level of domestic motels, but the location is very good, within a 15-minute walk to the main attractions, parking is right opposite the hotel, about RMB 176 per night! Remember to book a breakfast seat, otherwise you have to sit downstairs for breakfast. The spiral staircase is very narrow, and it is inconvenient to carry plates up and down! BTW, there is a Thai restaurant nearby that is great! Remember not to go to the Chinese restaurant, Jinlong is very un-Chinese!

Close to the city center and a fifteen-minute walk to Central Station. If you drive there, please note that the hotel does not provide a parking lot and you need to park in the parking lot in front of the hotel. Instead, it is recommended to explore MALMO city attractions by bicycle. Meals were good.

Transportation: The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Malmö Station. You can get there by walking through the downtown pedestrian street from the train station. There are not many attractions in Malmö, and they are all within walking distance from the hotel. Room: The family room is very large, with a double bed plus a sofa bed, enough space to unpack luggage, and the room is equipped with a kitchen and tableware. It is suitable for long-term stays and self-catering. However, there is no tea and coffee provided in the room. The room is very clean. Breakfast: Like most Nordic hotels, there are three or four kinds of ham, salami, fried sausages and bacon, and few vegetables and fruits, only cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, and watermelons. The rest are all kinds of yogurt, bread, cereals and other foods that Europeans are accustomed to.

Very dissatisfied, the room is small, the bed is small, the socket design is unreasonable, the bathroom design is unreasonable, the shower gel bottle is designed at the door, it is easy to scratch people. The service attitude is not good.

Very old facilities and rooms, a smell. I booked it because of the good photos, a bad choice. The staff was nice, but the room was too old, and the shadow of the smell was unforgettable.

Very good hotel. Room with kitchen and all accessories - it would be very comfortable to stay even for a long time. The location is also good - 15 minutes walk to the station, except that it is far to the sea, but not everyone needs this. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioner maintains a comfortable temperature.

The hotel is in the city, which is convenient for going out. The room is a bit small for 2 people, but other facilities are OK, breakfast is very good, and the self-driving parking lot is opposite the hotel, all paid by APP easypark

Everything was OK. The location is great. The breakfast wasn't special.
