Best Almaty Hotels

Excellent booking and living experience! It can use the bathtub to relax my body. Even though the assistant do not speak English, they always keep clam and be willing to help me, on one side for enjoying my breakfast , the other for my needing a taxi to train station. Finally, Almaty is a picturesque and hospitality city for traveling. Thanks 😊

First of all, the location of the hotel is very close to the airport, about 7 or 8 kilometers away, and it takes more than 10 minutes by taxi. I stayed here for two nights, mainly because I had to catch a flight. The service attitude is OK. The room is not very big, and it is OK for me to live alone. It can't be compared with domestic hotels, but it is much larger than Japan. The area of ​​the hotels here is not very large, just the feeling of being able to live. They are all very clean. The deepest impression of Almaty is that it is clean, fragrant, and the environment is very comfortable. The price of the hotel includes meals for one night, and I don't have time to eat. If it is not included for one night, I have to pay extra for it, hahahaha. The breakfast is a set meal, with three options. Coffee is brewed manually. Because Almaty is convenient and cheap to take a taxi, it is also convenient to live in the city. The cost performance is relatively high.

All the beauties at the front desk are the best of their beauties, their heartbeats rise instantly and the service is very good, with a smile still in honorific words when you walk by. The bathroom in the room was clean and there was no water droplets. The restaurant in the hotel is also cheaper. In the city center, the waiters and management of the restaurant are also very friendly and thoughtful compared to the foreigners with cold hands on the street. The only disadvantage of being a budget boutique hotel is that the building has only five or six floors, with mountain views.

Our stay at Ritz-Carlton Almaty was exceptional, in fact our fav part of the city as tourists. The best part was the warm service from the staff, in particular thanks to Yekaterina (Kate), Malika, and concierge lady. Kate was welcoming and informative upon check in. Guest service staff Malika gave us attentive care throughout our stay and accommodated our preferences, which truly enhanced our experience in the country. Concierge lady gave us comprehensive advice on where to visit. The view from both our room and the Sky Lounge was unparalleled. Snow-capped mountains framed the landscape, offering a mesmerizing backdrop that undoubtedly ranks among the best in Almaty. Will definitely come back here if we’re back in the city.

We had great time at Tenir Eco. At first, im a bit worried as im unsure how to go up and bring luggages direct from airport since we arrived direct from istanbul trip. But actually its quite easy. The hotel arranged to bring luggages up to hotel with payment of 5000 tenge(from shymbulak station to hotel reception). U have a choice to bring it yourslef but mind you that it is quite slippery from combi 2 to reception. So if u want to enjoy the moment just ask the hotel to bring the luggage for u. The hotel will give QR code for cable car ride from Medeu station to combi 1-combi 2 and back down. If u want more can ask them to buy for you. Around 4000 tenge. The hospitality is amazing , they provided all the necessity. And fast action too. They fixed the netflix so we could enjoy our 2nights stay. And although -12celcius was a challenge but the room got quite nice heat ‘ and u can always heat urself in the bathroom sauna, even the floor was heated. So we never feel tortured with the weather. Bring some food for dinner if u dont want to spend time going down too much. And u can heat it in sauna as well🙈. Host (ingkar) was a very nice person. He gave us two nice cheesecakes since netflix took time to be fixed. We stayed in Room Tenir 10 which was the last end room with nice romantic vibe and view. There’s night skiing and the skiers sometimes stop and wave to us while we watch them pass by. We also hike to nearby mountain and enjoy the scenery. It is super cold during winter and like a dream come true stay for us. As per going back you can request them to bring down luggage as well with same 5000 tenge tilk symbulak station. The food at syn32 also yummy n good. Go try the blueberry mint tea with mountain view. Its amazing. U can ski in ski out from the room itself. Sunset is perfect as well. I will return again in future. Perfect stay in Shymbulak 3200m…. Never regret it. And may try the paragliding as well. Looks fun too!

The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with variety of food choice. The location was very good,most of the sightseeing spots were within walking distance.

The room is quite big, but the corridors on both sides are very noisy, the bathroom is very musty, the bed cover is very soapy, the mattress is uncomfortable The front desk lady is very good, help find the bus The restaurant is large, the breakfast is not particularly large but complete, very delicious This hotel is not far from the city but the traffic is not very convenient. Travel is not recommended to live here.

Very good, the lady at the front desk can communicate in English without any barriers, and the breakfast is a home-made breakfast.
