No atm machine , but u can pay by credit cards all , facility ok, food OK

It’s a common hotel to stay when you’re traveling outside your country! Luckily what we selected is so far so good! My friends are happy with my choice! Hopefully we will come again for next visit to ALMATY. Good Stay and Good day!

This trip I had a room where a refrigerator and AC doesn't work well, the shower cabin had bad drain. Somewhere smoking and I feeled tobacco smell in the room. And when I opened my window for ventilation I listened every 15 minutes planes. No need to stay in the 703 room.

Was terrible and most uncomfortable experience. Wrong info. They marked airport transportation is free but it wasn’t. They never got phone from Trip.com to ask pick me up from the airport. Finally I could book pick up service but nobody showed up in the airport. Wasted my time 1 hour to re organize this pick up then even they failed to pick me up. Kept saying drivers are in the airport…. They a stranger guy knocked my door late at night. Reception said that’s a male staff to deliver chocolate. I asked who is it? But guy couldn’t speak Eng. No clue he is a staff or not. Nobody should knocked door late at night.

Just so so breakfast is not good. I think this was bad choices

Convenient transportation, complete facilities, Russian breakfast, a plus, clean and tidy restaurant, not small room, first choice for business travel

The hotel is under renovation and has not been delivered yet, but it is operating normally. There are many places on the roof where there are no lights and wires are exposed. The most frustrating thing is that there is no water in the bathroom in the summer.

Don't stay! Don't stay, don't stay The most rubbish and unethical hotel I've stayed in in 9 years of business trips. It's under renovation, very noisy, the sound of cutting steel plates, the entrance hall is as shown. No air conditioning, must open the window at night, listen to the frogs croaking all night. Very rubbish breakfast, no hot water at night. It should have been closed, but it had to cheat people.

Next to the main road, average traffic, located in a non-main street and non-commercial area in the city, with bugs on the walls

The staff was very impatient when checking in and kept saying they had not received the reservation.

The first floor was under renovation and it took a lot of effort to get up there. The mosquitoes were very strong and bit me all night. The air conditioner was very noisy and I couldn't sleep. The staff had a very good service attitude.

The room is not well soundproofed. The environment is average.

The room is OK, there is hot water, and the front desk receptionist has a good attitude
