The room very spacious. The bed is comfy. This hotel does not have elevator.So it very hard for traveller with huge luggage.the receptionist told us that they will help carried your luggage and when it arrive at our room, they are like forcing us to pay tips.The WC does not have bidet.The wifi does not function well. Not very good experience to stay there.

I booked a smoking room but when we arrived no available room... Shower problems.. Telephone no dial tone shampoo shower gel toothpaste and everything is only for 1 person..

Shower problems

The room is very small and expensive. The service is average. There is a small refrigerator under the table in the room, which contains drinks, chocolates and other items. It is usually not found. When checking out, the room is inexplicably deducted for something missing. Although the money is not much, it is quite disgusting.

Convenient location, reasonable breakfasts. The end. The staff is polite, but completely deaf. Had to ask for a towel three times, which was not in the room. In the end, went looking for it myself. The soundproofing in the rooms is disgusting. You can hear everything. The room itself is in a deplorable state. The shower drain is clogged. The water temperature fluctuates, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, dirty. Problems with the toilets, problems with the electrics. The handle fell off the cabinet during use. And at the end they even tried to force me to pay for beer from the minibar, of which I drank one, and asked for three. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was quite tidy and clean. It was a relatively affordable hotel in the area. There were some restaurants a few steps downstairs. The location was quite convenient, and there were some small bars.

The location is good, close to the Ascension Cathedral and the Abay Opera House, and you can walk there. The price-performance ratio is good, the breakfast is a bit expensive, but there are many restaurants around, so you don't have to eat breakfast at the hotel. There is no elevator, which may be inconvenient for the elderly. Everything else is good.

Firstly, you are deceiving your guests on trip.com, stating that the room will have a mountain view, but in fact it turns out that you simply do not have such rooms. This is why we chose you, and even immediately wrote that we were counting on a room with a mountain view. You did not answer anything and we found out that all your rooms have a view of the street only from the administrator upon check-in! Secondly, the condition of the room is poor. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The smell is musty. All the sealant seams in the bathroom are tired and dirty. The robes are torn. The door of the cabinet with the refrigerator is broken. The safe is closed and there are no instructions on how to use it, you need to call the administrator or someone else for help. And for some reason the administration is not responsible for lost things, do you not trust your cleaning staff? Thank you at least the linen and dishes were clean and they gave drinking water. But for such a price we expected a more pleasant environment.

Cleaning, cleanliness, service are a mess. The location is good because there are many parks around, and it is a good location for visiting small tourist attractions. I made a reservation with a cost-effective meal included, and the meal was relatively good, but the rest of the cleaning, cleanliness, and service are at a level that makes me mad~~

I have been staying in this hotel. It is very close to the airport, convenient for shopping and transportation.
