For the price you can't expect much. When we arrived we couldn't find the garage. The man at the front desk couldn't really help me either. He said he doesn't know, today is his first day. I was lucky and there was a free parking space right in front of the hotel. When we were finally able to check in, we were extremely disappointed. The room looked very different from the photos. It was really just a tiny room and almost too small for 2 people. It smelled musty and smoke but at least it was relatively clean. In the bathroom the next surprise: the toilet flush didn't work. We then complained to the gentleman at the reception and we were then put off until the next morning. We then skipped breakfast and preferred to shop at the nearby Edeka. When the reception was finally occupied at noon (probably the boss) we noticed that the toilet flush still didn't work. We were then informed that nothing more would happen at the weekend. But then the gentleman was at least very nice and wanted to give us a new room first, but unfortunately they were all full. He then offered to stay at another partner hotel, but that was my option as it was further from our destination. Then it was said that we could otherwise use the staff toilet and get a discount for it. The next day the cleaning lady scolded me quite a bit because I wanted to use the staff toilet. Unfortunately, we didn't notice anything about a price reduction or the gentleman wasn't there anymore and there was no longer any response to emails. Conclusion: I would definitely not book this hotel again. The bed was also very uncomfortable, the rooms were really badly soundproofed and dingy.
