All Staff Are Very Nice.

Staff are friendly and helpful in general. Pity that the kimonos are a bit too big for ladies.

An excellent hotel with hotspring and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy the hotspring with the sea view. I have seen the sunrise and sunset in the hotspring, it is very very remarkable. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they will help you to set up tatami when you went for the dinner. Everything is so decent and wonderful. Highly recommend people to discover this hidden gem in Hyogo.

Until now, we hadn't had a long holiday, but now that my husband has retired, we are finally able to go on a trip. Ako is just the right distance away, an hour and a half by car or train, and this winter we enjoyed going to hot springs and oysters every month. I would like to share the excellent food and wonderful location with my family again and make it a memorable experience. Thank you to all the staff at Ginpaso for your kind consideration💕

The room facilities are rather simple. Our room was located in the corner of the working area and was very noisy. I thought such a niche hotel would have few people, but it was crowded with Japanese guests. There were always groups of people in the bathhouse and hot springs, even before 6am. It was really exaggerated... Too embarrassing, not recommended!

The best place to stay when traveling to Ako. There is a free shuttle bus to Banshu Ako Station. The breakfast and dinner are very rich. There is a seaside trail outside the hotel. You can walk along the beach. There are many people fishing along the way. The scenery is excellent. It is worth recommending!

The hotel staff are friendly and courteous, and the food is of good quality. You need to pay attention to the room type. My friends who are traveling with me are assigned to the highest floor of 6/F. They need to go to the elevator twice from the underground and then go up one flight of stairs to reach the room. There is no bathroom in the room. If you have luggage or are traveling with children or the elderly, you need to ask the hotel in advance.

訂了一晚住宿連晚餐及早餐。在入住及離開時段有接駁巴士提供。食物質素及溫泉，咖啡廳的設備都十分好。 就是房間的位置有點差，住在了4樓，然後左邊被整幢主樓遮住了。 我知道當晚入住的人數應該不多，空房間也不少，其實是可以提供座向更佳的房間。。

We had a great time at this hot springs. The view from the room was excellent. We also enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. The hotel staff were friendlyand considerate. We couldn't catch the free shuttle and ended up taking a cab, after spending good amount of time in Himji castle. As the hotel name suggests, the view from the hot springs was outstanding.

I stay at Ginpaso almost every year. I am very satisfied every time. You can enjoy beautiful scenery near the sea. Taking a bath while watching the sunset is especially great. For meals, I always have the oyster kaiseki course. This year, I stayed at the beginning of the year, so the rice in the oyster kamameshi was red rice, and I was served ozoni in the morning, so I was able to enjoy New Year's dishes. The oysters were also delicious. The staff were kind and I felt their warm hospitality. The hot spring was a relaxing environment where you could watch the sea, sunset, and stars, and I was able to relieve the fatigue of everyday life. It was also clean, so I was able to use it with peace of mind. Ginpaso is a recommended inn for those who want to refresh themselves.

The customer service was also very good. The hot spring and the view from the room were all the best I've ever had, and it's no exaggeration to say that it was a memorable place. The room, the service, and the hot spring were all perfect, but if I had to say one thing, it would be the course meal, which was very delicious. I don't know if it was because the meat wasn't cooked properly or if it was the sashimi, but after dinner, I vomited and had diarrhea repeatedly, and I had symptoms similar to food poisoning. If it was the meat that was the cause, I think the cooking method I used also had a problem, so I realized once again that no matter how good something is, it's important to cook it well. Other than the food, it was a wonderful hotel that was second to none, and I would like to return. I would definitely like to visit again if I have the opportunity, so I would appreciate your help in that case.

I stayed at a ryokan with an open-air bath. I was overwhelmed with emotion. You can see the sunset and sunrise from there. There was also a wide range of services, so it was fun from start to finish. I came here because I wanted to spend a luxurious Christmas in my first year as a working adult, and it was a great decision. I will definitely come back. It was a treasured time in my life.
