Excellent, room is large, bed is large, just next to JR station. Clean.

Check in smooth and fast, staff can speak English, room is big, toilet in room is big with bathtub, hotel is the nearest hotel to JR Akita station just 1 min walk, 7-11 is at the front of the hotel

All are good except your shower curtain stink! Pls have it changed to a new one or have it washed!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in my life (35+ years' travel life). All was perfect and I will recommend confidently this hotel to those who I know and plan to trip to Akita. Personally I decided to stay the hotels in Japan JR East is running and available in the places I plan to travel. Otsukaresamadesita to all that are working there.

Conveniently located next to Akita station, nice and clean room with comfortable bed. Nice soba noodle store a few bus stops away from hotel.

The location is good, right next to the station. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel parking lot needs to be paid, and the parking lot next to the hotel was full, so they suggested us to park in the parking lot next to the station. But we thought it was far away and it would be troublesome to carry the luggage. So we parked in a nearby public parking lot and found it cheaper than the hotel parking lot.

Great location just next to Akita station and located in the central of Akita which is nice to access the tourist spots

What a great place, next to the station, shopping, restaurants and a taxi rank. Food was great in the hotel. Rooms and hotel very clean.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Metropolitan Akita several times because they have great facilities and the staff is amazing. I do recommend the Hotel Metropolitan Akita for anyone going to Akita.

The best part was that the location was right next to the station, convenience store, and department store 😝

Hotel is in a very convenient location, just next to the train station with shopping mall and restaurants. Carpark is also cheap at 500 yen per night. Room was very comfortable with clean toilet.
