Our first time in Trabzon, the staff were very welcoming, we had some difficulties but the staff were very efficient in helping us solve the problem, the restaurant staff were also very good. Wish them all the best in life.

☹️الغرف صغيرة المساحة ☹️الافطار اطباق قليلة المشروبات الساخنة بمبلغ اضافي ☹️احد نادلات المطعم قامت بالصراخ لاني طلبت منها مغلف قهوة تعامل سي جدا جدا ☹️تسليم الغرف متاخر بعد ساعة ونصف من الوصول ☹️لا انصح به العوائل

At least at this time of year (May) was very good value for a Hilton gold member - $85 or 3200tl, and we were upgraded to a comfortable full sea view room and given the very good breakfast for the two of us. Reception staff and cooking staff all very helpful, waiting staff obliging. Bath/shower set up was not great especially for a shorter person wanting the bath (taps unreachable), and decor slightly dated
