very good location with food and clean environment, pretty convenient for travelers

I stayed in female room and the room have a private toilet. Love it. The hotel is very clean and quite. I will comeback if having a chance

The hostel was in a convenient location with bus stops close by. I really appreciated having both breakfast and dinner provided. The staff were helpful and friendly!

Great place to stay, good value, everything u need & brekky included. Even ensuite facilities for the dorm room. Staff friendly & helpful, supermarket nearby. Have stayed there many times now booking next trip soon

Excellent hostel. Nice staffs, facilities and location. Highly recommended to the people who are visiting in Adelaide.

The bed sheet was mould. Is good to have storage with your bed but I did not use it as too big and not very convenient to have it. The restroom is on the corridor of the floor and clean all the time when I use The location is very close to public transport and walking distance to flinder street.

Overall good, toilet and bedroom is clean. Roommates are good, always quiet in the room, and well maintain the cleanliness of the toilet. Warm in the winter, budget, and good quality stay.

Stay was good and amazing. Location is quite closer to University of Adelaide.

Amazing staff and service!! Value to money unbeatable. Facility facilitates getting in touch with kind people. You'd be around very quick, but still it'll take some time to certain places. The airport is close. The neighborhood didn't feel too safe at night, but I suppose it's because it is the City Center. Therefore the security measures in the hostel are extremely good. If you have concerns or get harassed the staff is often around and might offer quick help. I'd definitely choose it again if I want to stay in the CBD.

Had a fast booking service however was sad that I didn't get to actually see the rooms and beds due to flight cancelation and because of Cyclone Alfred. Would love to book again in the future ☺️

Basecamp Hostel is a good place with a welcoming structure, but there are a few things that could be improved. I’ve stayed here a couple of times before, but they didn’t consider my request to stay in the same room. Some other guests had issues with the air conditioning in their room, which wasn’t working quite inconvenient for them. Additionally, towels are locked, and you can’t take one yourself. Having access to only one towel per day is not enough. I also asked if they could store a suitcase for about a month while I traveled to Bali, but they said no. I think the hostel could be more flexible and offer additional services, especially for returning guests. Overall, it was a positive experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in customer care and amenities.
