The receptionist was not friendly at all. Did not crack a smile once. Room was filthy. Phone had caked up dirt and yuck on it. 2 lights out in bathroom. asked to replace. never did. each lamp was supposed to have 2 bulbs but only 1 in each. no bulb in lamp on desk. no remote for tv. was given remote but it would not change the channels. ice machine broken. linen on bed and towels in bathroom were dingy. scared to actually lie on bed so had to go to store to buy sheets to lie down on top of bed comforter. hole in closet and wall. fire detector not on wall but in one of drawers. bag of trash in cabinet under microwave. blinds would not come all the way down though not really an issue since we were on 2nd floor.
the only good thing about this hotel is the location. right off of I-75 and was convenient to the venue we needed to get to at Lake Point Sports Complex.

This is the most disgusting hotel and I will be contacting the better business bureau in reguards to their filth. My family attempted to stay here and when they entered the room “cleaning woman” had a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. The room was filthy. When trying to cancel due to the uncleanliness the woman at the front desk began arguing and yelling so badly that my children were hysterical. When attempting to leave 3 grown men approached CHILDREN AND 1 WOMAN and began to threaten their saftey due to the altercation. This place is disgusting and unsafe.

Obvious upgrade since the 2023 reviews. However, there was a homeless camp across & up the street. The lobby was always locked. There was no breakfast items and/or coffee, no coffee in the room. Linens were old & dingy, but clean. Language barrier at check out, had to request a receipt as one was not offered.

If you aren’t from this area of Atlanta I would recommend visiting this location before you try to book a stay the rooms are over priced and beat down but the rates are sky high there is no breakfast and there is no Wi-Fi and hell good luck with finding parking

It is unfortunate. We are new to Wyndham Rewards. This one was not good. In kind words, it was unclean; not vacuumed (toe nails clippings on the floor); unmaintained; stains on sheets and furniture; broken toilet seat; and simply messed up. I've traveled for business for 24 years. Had I not been on the road for 12 hours and needed a place to lay my head, I would've left. We still had another 9 hours ahead, so we were exhausted. Do not stay here. Do not stay here. Do not stay here.

Non smoker room wreaked of cigarettes, shower did not drain, towels were not clean - they may have been from a previous guest, there were greasy smears on both sides of the headboard. The bed was very comfy tho.

Not a place you will want to stay. Pretty rundown especially for the cost. Wyndham name but not the quality one would expect. Highly disappointed in our experience - quick sleepless night and could not wait to leave the next morning.

Stopped on my way home for spring break. Not alot of rooms available, but I needed the sleep. Paid $200 for this room. Most lights in parking lot were out. No lobby. Check in was through a hole in a glass window. Rooms were in disrepair. Busted lights, missing light bulbs and fixtures. Linens and towels did seem to be clean and the bed was comfortable. But no lobby, no breakfast, and just basically sketchy

Over charged even after you paid cash for room beware scam people they sleeping while answering the call in morning and lied to you multiple time bob patel night auditor don’t care if you complain about him to Corparate he said do what ever you want to do management not gonna do anything

First clue was exterior registration with employee behind bullet proof glass. Trash bags sitting outside of rooms. Sheets felt as though I was between sand paper. Room had been updated however and did not look like the fifty years old structure.
