"Stayed for two nights. Overall it was great. The room was really big, clean and quiet, but the bed was a bit too soft. The location was a little far from the scenic area, but very close to Vientiane City, and it was very convenient to travel by electric bike. Full marks recommended!"

The location is unique, close to Reed Flute Cave, a 20-minute walk away, and it only takes more than ten minutes to get to the city by Didi. The service is first-class. As soon as I arrived at the door, the staff greeted me with a smile and helped me move my luggage. They were warm and thoughtful. The room facilities are complete, and the air conditioning is powerful and silent. The public area is antique, with retro decorations and wooden tables and chairs, and the atmosphere is full."

The facilities are very new and the room is very clean. Bath towels and blankets are packed in separate bags. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and even the baseboards are clean! This shocked me, the hygiene was impeccable! Environment: Choose this hotel on the way back from Sanya, you can bring your dog with you! Although the section of the road approaching the hotel is a rural road, no-man's land, haha, we were still a little scared, but once we entered the ecological park area, it was immediately different~ There are two large lawns, as well as a swimming pool, billiards table, and barbecue Although the weather is cold, I can imagine how comfortable it would be to live here when it is warm😌. As soon as my father walked into this courtyard, he said it was great and he would stay here again next time he comes to Guilin! Service: I added wx to the little brother at the front desk, and the service is very meticulous. I was worried that the surrounding business district was far away, so I asked if we would like to have a staff meal together. For breakfast, they would also ask us what time we would eat the night before. After checking out, they would also ask us if we were dissatisfied with anything. I can't fault it. "The hardware is very good, and the room layout is very thoughtful with drying and drying ropes. The service cannot keep up. The reasons are as follows: 1. There is no ramp at the door. You need to carry your luggage up by yourself because there is no one to greet you at the door. 2. When checking in, I found that there was only one staff member at the front desk and even in the entire lobby. 3. A hotel promotes tea flavor, but the whole lobby is filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. 4. The wifi does not have a password because it is very stuck. I reported this situation to the front desk staff before going out in the afternoon. The staff said that each room has its own wifi. I said that our room did not have it and the room next door did. The staff said they would contact you later to check. 5. When I returned to the hotel at 10:30 in the evening, there was no one in the lobby or even the front desk. 6. When I returned to the room, I found that there was still no wifi in the room. After contacting the front desk, the front desk said that there was no wifi in the room, only wifi in the entire hotel. I said that in the afternoon, the staff said that there was wifi in the room. The front desk asked me to order in a very impatient tone! open! wifi! since! Self! look! look! Is there any wifi in the room? It says they only have one wifi in the hotel. I said, why is there one in the next room? The front desk said they would contact the engineering department to check and get back to me. They didn't contact me again until I checked out. 7. "This was one of the best hotels that we stayed during our trip in China. The room is so elegant and the staff are really helpful. Despite the quality of the room there is no toilet paper but there is tissue. If toilet paper matters to you I recommend bringing your own. The beds and the pillows were one of the softest compared to the hotels we stayed at throughout China which were very firm. One complaint that we have is the size of the shampoo, conditioner, and body gel is that they are too small and can break easily if dropped. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel."

"The price is very affordable. After comparing many B&Bs in the surrounding area, I chose this one, which is really cost-effective. Although the facilities in the room are not luxurious, they are very practical, clean, tidy and distinctive. The owner of the B&B is very hospitable and I felt the warmth of home as soon as I walked in. They patiently introduced me to the surrounding attractions and food, and also provided a lot of thoughtful suggestions based on my needs. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and there were no problems."

"We stayed one night in Guilin and chose this hotel as it is mentioned on Trip.com that they have an airport shuttle service. The room was clean but smelled strongly of cigarettes, though I specifically chose a non-smoking one. The room itself was spacious, with a great bathroom and bed. The real disappointment and reason we do not recommend this place as foreigner-friendly (maybe great for non-foreigners) was in the hotel and infrastructure services: 1. No airport shuttle service even though mentioned in the description: We asked about the airport shuttle service to a first desk agent, who told us it was possible. A second one told us there is no shuttle service. Lastly when asking the following day, we understood there's no shuttle, but some sort of partnership with drivers to go to the airport. A shame as we selected this hotel on this specific service. 2. Personnel was overall very unfriendly and undisposed to help or make an effort in understanding or communicating with us. We've lived and travelled in China for years, and this is the only time we felt bad and unwelcome. I might add it doesn't help that the SPA personnel of the 3F downright blocked us off and refused to communicate altogether with us even before we sai hi. Overall my worst hotel experience in China :( I hope it was only bad luck in a series of interactions and events, but overall a very unpleasant interpersonal experience for us."
