I bet Japanese people would really like it here. ✅ Service at its finest❣️ So when you come to Manila and need a place to stay near the airport (from Terminal 3), consider staying here. Staying in a foreign land for so long made me forget how Filipinos are really kind and warm, and this place made that evident to me and how I’ve been missing these attributes. Not only does it remind foreigners, but also fellow Filipinos, how even small warm and kind gesture, where customers’ needs are treated with care, can make such a huge impact to someone and make their day special and memorable. One that’s worth the treasure. Grateful!

My sister and I booked a 1-night stay from December 31 to January 1, but we didn't receive the room we reserved. Although we had a room with a window, it lacked a city view. Additionally, the pool area was not as spacious as expected, and there was no rooftop or overlooking area for the fireworks display. The hotel offers a generous breakfast selection, though there can be long queues, especially during holidays or peak seasons. Its proximity to the airport makes it highly recommended for travelers with early flights. Overall, we found the experience satisfactory and might consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

Most of the staffs/ associates were accommodating and kind. but in my opinion, some staff should undergo some customer service training. There was this one guy during breakfast, instead of saying “excuse me, can i clean out your plates?” in the middle of our conversation with my companions, he grabs immediately our used plates. kudos to the front office attendant Saro (?) the chef, and Albert during breakfast time.

Beautiful hotel, great location. The area is not congested like the other hotels around Manila. Few minutes walk away from Mall of Asia. There's also other malls and restaurants nearby. Good security, courteous attendants and crews, always greets you with a smile. Pool is inviting, you should try it at least once. Many food selection for breakfast. Our room has a view of the city, beds are comfy, aircon is working neatly. We loved our 2 nights stay. Thanks Hotel 101.

🥰 Everything from the entrance to the lobby and my room was absolutely delightful. The staff were consistently friendly, smiling, and greeting me whenever we met. 🏊♀️ The swimming pool was stunning and perfect for families, with a separate children's pool. They have a jacuzzi and steam bath, gym, and other entertainment facilities. 🍱 I loved the restaurant, which offered a vast variety of dishes. The restaurant staff were also incredibly accommodating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Overall, I had a fantastic stay!

The hotel is in an excellent location if you have a long layover and do not want to stay at the airport. The hotel is busy, and there is a lot of security. The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. However, the rooms are old and not very clean. This does not correlate with the price. In my opinion, it’s not worth the price.

I recently stayed at Kingsford Hotel Manila, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—right next to the Entertainment City area, which is perfect for access to shopping malls, casinos, and other attractions. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with great facilities like a well-equipped gym, a nice pool, and a comfortable lounge area. The staff were especially friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. However, one major downside was the air conditioning in the room. It kept shutting off in the middle of the night, which was a bit frustrating, especially considering how humid Manila can get. Aside from that, everything else was top-notch. I'd still recommend the hotel for its location, service, and overall vibe, but just be aware of the aircon quirks if you're sensitive to temperature changes during the night.

Front Desk Staff is approachable and friendly. They have this tag that says ”Cleaned and Sanitized” on the toilet bowl and the two slippers. The room is big enough for a couple like us. It has a separate room for the wardrobe. The room that was booked doesn't have a window, I just wish there was. It looks also like a maze. You have to familiarize yourself with your room. Eurotel is easy to find, has a lot of near convenience stores, and it is just right in front of Robinsons Place Manila. Easy to book a Grab car/taxi.

The hotel is convenient for travelers that will be leaving the Philippines soon via the airport. You should arrive a day or two before your flight to do last minute shopping at the nearby SM Mall of Asia (MOA). There's also a small supermarket near the hotel going to the LRT station if you don't want to go all the way to MOA. You can iron your clothes at the 5th floor lobby. I'm not sure if it's the same on other floors.

**Review of Phoenix Hotel Manila** I recently stayed at Phoenix Hotel Manila and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I checked in around 2:45 AM, and from the start, the receptionist was unfriendly and did not provide a warm welcome. I had booked a room with a city view, but when I opened the curtains, I was shocked to find a view of the parking ramp instead. When I called the receptionist to inquire about this, her explanation—that the hotel was fully booked—was unacceptable, as my reservation clearly specified a city view. Additionally, the room itself had an unpleasant odor and was poorly maintained. Essential items like paper towels were missing, and the paper provided on the table resembled scratch paper, which is not what I expected from a hotel of this standard. Overall, I felt that my stay did not provide the value for money.I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

We recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had a fantastic experience. The highlight for us was the wonderful swimming pool, which my niece absolutely loved. Everything is ok as ive been here 2nd time now .. wha bi like here is the location ..with easy access on foods.. groceries.. everything coz its in baclaran.. and with free transpo servive also to MOA. Casino and live band is what i also like here..

The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by numerous restaurants perfect for our business journey. Several tourist spots are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Public transportation is readily available, allowing us to visit places like Chinatown, Divisoria, Baclaran Church, and more. The staff are fantastic; they automatically changed our bedsheets, and the room was clean and comfortable. The room amenities were also quite good. One downside was that the telephone for ordering food wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a major issue since the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the leche flan and calamares. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Salazar Restaurant, which is known for its excellent dishes. We’ll book again.

The room was clean, and its location was ideal, being close to all the areas I wanted to visit. I'd like to rate their service as more than excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from the entrance guards who genuinely helped us with our luggage to the team that assisted us in booking a Grab car. The guards even kindly told us to wait inside, shielding us from the heat, and offered to call us when the car arrived, asking only for the plate number. What struck me most was the warm hospitality displayed by all staff members, who consistently greeted us with happy faces. Their simple smiles made my stay truly special and peaceful. ❤️ One suggestion I have for improvement is to provide an iron in each room or make it easily accessible for guests. This would be a convenient addition, especially for travelers who need to iron their clothes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and appreciate the exceptional service provided by the staff.

It was a relaxing stay. The location is perfect as its near Robinsons Manila and other spots. The front desk clerks and other staff were very accommodating during the entirety of our stay. I booked for a couple but no extra charge when 2 more stayed with us. Got the free limited parking as well. Will definitely stay again in the future. Thanks

Go Hotel -Ermita is legit value for money. Though it is categorized as a budget hotel, it exceeds in performance: (1) It uses keycards to swipe for entry at the elevators; (2) Its elevators are amazingly fast & efficient; (3) The rooms are spacious. Well-partitioned spaces; (4) Separate bath & toilet; (5) Change of towels & make up bed, though by request, are being done considerately; (6) Hot & cold water available on both bath & toilet; (7) Robinson’s Mall is a block away; (8) 7 minutes walk to SLEC; (9) Very accessible with plenty of transport options to choose from. Philippine Rabbit Terminal Avenida to the hotel costs Php 170 more or less via Grab; (10) Customer care is of high quality. Staff so polite especially its housekeeping team. Very fast check in. Only there is extra cost for early check in; (11) Plenty of hangers; (12) Presence of fire extinguisher, sprinklers & alarm; (13) Presence of extra chair; (14) Spacious luggage desktops. (15) There is parking space with extra charge; (16) Spacious hallways, lobby, play activities, cushioned seats; (17) Accessible light switches & big desktop in between twin sharing beds Downsides are: (1) Airconditionjng units must have regular maintenance cleaning; (2) Tiles need extra scrubbing; (3) Accumulation of water in bathroom drain ways

Downside - the staffs do their cleaning very early in the morning that caused such noise to those who are still resting / sleeping. I understand that they want to finish early their tasks but the hotel wasn’t sound proof that i can hear their chatting and even pulling out of furnitures while they’re cleaning. Pls give consideration to other guests that are still taking their rest before their flight.

Highly recommended place to stay when around Pasay. This is our Go-To hotel whenever we are on trip in manila. Close to restaurants, convenient stores and airports. The place is not a modern type but well maintained in terms of cleanliness and the service is awesome. The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. Parking space is limited, you can opt for valet parking with a fee (100pesos/day) 2-3blocks from hotel. Highlight: They have two computer stations available for guests to use if you need an important file/document to print with no fee.

I had an amazing experience at Café Ilang-Ilang, where their breakfast buffet truly stood out as one of the best I’ve had. The variety of dishes was impressive, and everything was fresh and flavorful. What made it even better was the bakery – I couldn’t resist trying some of their pastries, and they did not disappoint. The bakery alone is worth a visit! On top of all that, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for great food and warm service.

I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

The inn is surprisingly clean. The bed is very comfy and even though we booked just for 2 nights, the housekeeping changed our beddings on our 2nd day. The only downside is the noise. You can hear from the rooms people arguing from the other room and someone singing at 5am in the morning. It is not soundproof.

iM hotel is a midern hotel located smack in.the middle of Makatai and its very handy to bars restaurants malls and Makatis night life. The rooms are a good size with a desk, a sofa, a large bed, and some good views across Makati and Manila from the upper floors. There's a bar fridge, a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and a large LCD TV with a reasonably good selection of English speaking channels. There's an outdoor swimming pool and bar and a rooftop restaurant with some great views over Makati. The beds are comfortable, and the shower is a decent size, and the water pressure is reasonable but could be a lot better. I encountered some minor problems during my stay, but thanks to the professionalism and expedient handling of the matters by management, these issues were resolved quickly, which I am thankful for. I would have no problem recommending this hotel or returning here again

The rooms were clean, tv and safe, no fridge though, but for the philippines that is to be expected I guess. Didn't use any of the facilities so I can't really comment on those. Friendly staff, enjoyable stay.

Over all experience was great with the staff and the room itself, the room is clean and cozy, no problem at all. If there needs to be improved is the elevator, we understand that it’s a holiday and there are more customers at all but make sure that all three elevators should work so that we will not be hassled or the other guests.

The Location is good. First, the hotel put us in the room which is really bad 802 which is twin suite. I asked to change room since i book Eurosuite —which is the most expensive room type. Good thing they put us in room that satisfy my expectations. Clear view of the window (the 808 have no view—more on stairs and curtains)

The hotel overall provided a good experience, with cleanliness meeting standard expectations. However, given its 5-star rating, the amenities offered were not particularly impressive for the price point and felt rather basic. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. One area for improvement would be the corridor lighting on the floor I stayed on, which was dim and could benefit from replacements to enhance the ambiance.

The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️ The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve. Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

Very convenient as of downstairs can access to food, groceries and pharmacy, this is the best part. Next, is the breakfast which is delicious. Good service, complete amenities and safe & comfort to stay for a single lady for 1 month long. But Cleanliness is just 3 star to me, it’s not really clean even though they did room service everyday.
