Amazing hotel! Very clean and in a great location. Easy to walk into CBD. Friendly staff, originally was only going to stay 1 night but extended for an extra 4 while in the city. Would highly recommend.

On December 30, 10:30 p.m. Due to booking the wrong month and my inexperienced language communication As a result, I almost had a security deposit of 96 yuan collected from the official. For the reason that they did not trust me to stay. I had to show the luggage slip to the staff to confirm my continued stay. Make him change his mind about not doing that. Luckily I still have the same type of room. and can stay continuously for 3 days without having to move rooms around And on the last day, I still have to use the luggage storage service. to prepare for the return trip

It’s a hotel located between T1 and T2 in Chengdu airport, very easy to find if you follow the signs after exiting the arrivals zone. Staff at the desk speaks English, didn’t have any problems with communication. One thing to be aware of: since the hotel is very close to the airport, sounds of the airport can be heard in the late evening and night, so those who are noise sensitive, proceed booking with caution. Their breakfast is decent as well, with a lot to choose from Chinese to Western cuisine. Wasn’t crowded on a weekday at around 9:00AM. The room has all amenities: toothbrush, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Definitely a place I’d recommend to stay at if you have a layover in Chengdu.

Kept our luggage when we were only going to stay there a couple days later. Place was clean and accessible to main shopping area. No smoke smell in the rooms. Only thing is that the hotel entrance is actually under their sister brand Jian Guo, which led to some confusion initially. Would book again nonetheless.

This is a very nice and cozy place, very near to Chun Xi Rd so it’s very convenient access and go anywhere including the airport bus nearby. But yet its away enough from the bustling crowd. Stayed in 3 different rooms during the trip. Food is easily accessible too. There is also a shop right infront with lots of panda and local souvenirs. The front desk area is a good relaxing area and also has a nice chill out roof top bar Aloha. There is a billiard table for those who enjoy that. Only thing is it’s a little odd with a wet market on L1 and only a small entrance to the lift leading up to the reception on L3. But not a bad thing as you can experience real daily live in CD. It’s not a noisy market though, just a quiet market with spices and local supply. Two feedbacks (1) There is no where to hang up clothes in the room although hangers are provided (2) The hand wash bottle is the foam type and the liquid inside is not foam type. The bottle is not compatible with the liquid. So when press nothing can come out. Please change the bottle to normal pump bottle instead of the foam bottle.

Stayed in a river view balcony room. The view from our window and balcony was beautiful! Room was clean and although smoking is allowed in rooms, we did not smell any smoke in the corridors. it smells like a spa/ massage aromatheraphy - soo calming! reception was friendly and they had lil snack section for guests. Got a free latte with the stay too!

It was an Amazing stay at Mercure Chunxi hotel . Staff here were very friendly and polite . The staff who serve us attended to our needs immediately whenever we needed their assistance . Amazing service ! Thumb up to to them 👍🏻 Their room was very cozy and clean. The staff/housekeeper ensure our cleanness each and every day. I feel very very comfortable staying here for the past days . Thank you !

Thankful to YY and DD for the helpful service. Would recommend this hotel since it’s near Tianfu sq station and super easy to get around. Hotel lift is towards the left side of the building you see picture in case you coming from the Tianfu sq. Take note of the name and sign board showing the 9-10F.

They came to make our room for another day of staying. They changed all towels, slippers, water and etc. The place is near by pharmacy which open 24/7. The opposite of the hotel is a minimart which sell many kind of products such as dairy profuct, fruits and food. It is only 7 mins walk from Chunxi road and also not far from Tianfu square

The location is not far from IFS and Chunxi MRT. This hotel is nearby lawson, many store. I love to stay here so much! The room is warm perfectly for clod weather outside. Staff are nice and friendly even they can't communicate in English fluently but they always help us. I recommend to stay this hotel because it's not noisy area at all and not sharing floors with other!!! If I will go Chengdu again I will stay here definitely!

The staffs were helpful and nice. Pls note if u stay on 4th floor there’s only lift until 3rd floor and need climb stairs. They have 1 washing machine outside hotel but no dryer. Spotted My room with 1-2 dying wasps/bees but it wasn’t much of issue through the stay.. basic facilities wise were sufficient for me 2 night stay. Bed was abit hard and blanket was abit heavy. Bathroom door had a bit seen through coz the sticker fell off. Have restaurants nearby, but I suspect the restaurant next to this hotel (exit to the right) gave me food poisoning ( plz avoid that 1 shop that sell both hotpot and chongqing food, the staffs only smile at ppl who enter their shop and keep walking away halfway while taking order of our food 😑 she even recommended to try their hotpot which is more expensive but we don want)

I am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores. Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel. Hope to come back again for even greater experience. All the best to the hotel. Maintain the cleanliness and provide more assistance to international guests would definitely be a great thing for the hotel to come out greater than the rest of the nearby hotels. Hotel location is very strategic; it is located in between jiuzhaigou sceneric area and Pengfeng Village. On its right side is Jiuzhaigou Sceneric Area entrance (max 10 mins walk) and on its left side Pengfeng Village (600 m away). For those who are unware, Pengfeng Village is the dropping point of Jiuyue bus service that drove passengers from Jiuzhaigou Railway station to Jiuzhaigou Sceneric Area. The room itself is spacious, warm, with good setting of hot-cold water. The hotel can also help to arrange back-forth transportation going to Huanglong Park & Songpan; and connects guests with private sharing mini van service for a more relax - comfortable trip back to the railway station. The cons for staying in the hotel , however, were : 1. My room wasn't cleaned properly for consecutively 2 nights out of 4 nights of staying. 2. Few front desk officers communication skills need an upgrade, esp when talking to foreign guests. A clearer & more transparent communication from front desk will be appreciated to avoid potential unpleasant miss-understandings. 3. One of the paid car drivers, which hotel connects me with for return trip from Huanglong Park, tries to violate time agreement I had with front desk hotel, which ending upsets me. Later though,, when I addressed my complaints directly to the hotel, they stepped up and quickly addressed the issues; both to room division & car service companies. And (together with the new driver), tried to make the rest of my stay & trip back to railway station as comfortable as possible. Just like what any IHSG group hotels would do. I have always prefered IHSG group hotel. And hence, though my issues were taken care of, I still think it was unfortunate to have gone through such experiences with a big brand. I also hope hotel can prevent the same issues from happening to other guests onwards. Because aside from those issues, the hotel is a good choice of staying.

Location is convenient and room is pretty clean and new. However, we were misled by the hotel name, the hot spring is not real hot spring, it’s just jacuzzi…although they change water every time, the tub is still dirty, my back is full of sands afterwards…..and the water is not hot enough. Service is not adequate and professional enough.

I highly recommend the Ji Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area Branch) for its fantastic location and excellent amenities. Here are the key highlights: 1. Great Location: The hotel is extremely convenient, with the shuttle bus terminal to/from Huanglongjiuzhai Railway Station or Songpan Railway Station/Ancient Town just a 1-minute walk away. 2. A KFC is located on the ground floor next to the hotel lobby, and the area is surrounded by many local restaurants offering a variety of options. 3. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou National Park ticket checkpoint. You can even leave your luggage at the hotel, explore the park, and return to pick it up afterward. 4. The hotel is very new, modern, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou. The reasonable price makes it an even better deal. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast alot of options n delicious. I dine in for dinner as well and the food is delicious. You can order dishes pair with rice or even hotpot. Front desk is helpful. There is a hot spring as well if u are interested. The location is abit deserted but they have free shuttle service to main place like entrance of jiu zai gou. Easy to order didi as well. Also we check out very early around 5:45am and thy manage to prepare a car to send us to take the bus back to huanglong railway station. Thanks for the great service.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. Room and toilet area were clean, heater in the room working really well while outside was minus degrees but inside so warm. Shower head water pressure was good enough, provided enough hot water. Surrounded with restaurant and near panda bus. Walk around 1km to Jiuzhaigou main entrance. Projector remote control not provided as hotel mentioned it was lost and the proceed to get the new one soon, I have to claim up to the machine to control it. Btw movie can watch it for free and wifi also working well. Please noted reception cannot speak English only Chinese. Highly recommend this place to all travelers 😊

Good location and about 10-15 mins walk to Jiuzhaigou park entrance. Was disappointed that the room booking did not come with the free transport as mentioned in Trip.com, but hotel staff was able to provide contact to do carpooling, which is about the same price as taking a bus. Amenities are good and clean. Lots of restaurants and there are also some supermarket around the area. There is also a shop within the hotel and the things are very affordable and have long opening hours, so there is no need to go out if you need to buy stuff (I bought a jacket as I did not prepare thicker jacket)

Get off the bus at the parking lot from Chengdu, walk out onto the street and walk to the left, walk up a bit, about 70 meters, you will see a bridge, turn left, walk across the bridge, and walk for 200 meters, you will see the hotel on the right, a yellow building. The hotel has an awning in front. There is breakfast, the room is clean, the bed is soft, sleep very comfortably, the room is just not soundproof. Everything else is good. I highly recommend this hotel if anyone comes to sleep at Bipengou. In the morning, you can check out and leave your bags at the hotel. Then go to Bipengou conveniently. After sightseeing, come back to get your bags and take the bus back to Chengdu.

Great location, right in the thick of the bustling main street with other hotels and restaurants all around. A 10-15min stroll to Jiuzhaigou Park makes this a very convenient place to stay at as well. The room was spacious, although it would have benefitted from more clothes racks/hooks. Also, I felt the room was 'too smart' - everytime i went back into the room the curtains will automatically open which I personally found annoying but could not find a way to disable it. The heating and bidet in my room also wasn't working, but those were tolerable and we decided to just let it be. There was also a very intense hotpot smell wafting all through the air in the hotel which we did not like. Rooms were also not too clean with remnant hair and dirt stuck in crevices around the room. But otherwise, it was a decent place to stay at.

The hotel facilities are very good, the room is large, there are sofas and recliners, central air conditioning, we checked in during the Spring Festival, the air conditioning was very hot, we could only open the ventilation, the room was very clean and hygienic, smart toilet. The toilet, bathroom, and washbasin are completely independent, which is very convenient for a family of three. The washbasin is reasonably designed, and the water will not splash everywhere. The bathroom has a top shower, and the water temperature can be adjusted. It feels that the highest can be adjusted to about 48 degrees, but it is not recommended to wash too hot in the plateau area. Don't listen to what the Internet says that you can't wash your hair. Blow dry as soon as possible after washing, and there is no dizziness at all. The hair dryer has a power of 1600W. The breakfast is very rich. The best is beef rice noodles + fried eggs, small cakes, fried rice and noodles, vegetables, coffee, milk, soy milk, vegetable salad... and the dishes are all very fresh. Although the price of staying during the Spring Festival will be a bit more expensive, it is worth it. There are also many hotels near the scenic area, but the price is more expensive than Wyndham and the room is not as good as it. The hotel is more than three kilometers away from the scenic area, but there is a car that takes you to the entrance of the scenic area for free in the morning. After visiting Jiuzhaigou, there is a commercial street a few hundred meters away. You can have dinner directly there and take a Didi back to the hotel for 15 yuan after dinner.
