The location is great, the hotel looks nice n comfortable. Amazingly, the hotel room toilet is using smart toilet. The housekeeping is very hardworking, every day insisted to clean room even though we told her we need not to. She insisted the bed sheet, pillows covers n quit cover must be changed 2 days once. May be my skin is too sensitive, even with the frequent changing for bed sheets I still feel like bitten by some bed bugs and got some red rashes. Overall it was a great stay here.

Next to Gangxia Metro Station, take the Link City exit C. Across the road from One Avenue. The lobby is on level 6 of building A2. The reception is just a small desk around the corner from the lift. The location is amazing, and the reception was friendly, efficient and helpful, but the room was less so. We got a 2 bedroom residence and it felt like it a bit run down. There was duct tape on the ceiling, exposed pipes in the kitchen. They provided a kettle with tea, coffee and bottled water. The bathroom had packaged toothbrushes and paste. It served its purpose as a convenient place to stay for the night. Easily fit 4 people, maybe 5 on the couch. The projector for TV was misaligned and needed adjustment. 10/10 for location but 5/10 for the state of the room.

We checked-in 2 Twin Bed rooms for 3 nights. 4 of us were extremely happy with the hotel. As we entered into the hotel, we were being serve promptly. The receptionists, the housekeeping, the cleaners are all friendly and very helpful. They offered their help prior to our request. Their service were pro-active. We just love their service so much. It was not a big lobby but it provide the feeling of home. Coffee machine is 24 hours, they provide simple supper but it was very nice. The room is clean and the size is good. The sound proof is good, water pressure is excellent, Smart home service, digital toilet. The soft drink provided in the mini bar are also complimentary. The housekeeper was so nice that she offered to help us in ironing our cloth. Nearby the hotel are surrounded by restaurants, the subway station is less than 100 meters from the hotel. Overall, thumb up with the hotel, location, service is all you will gladly satisfy with.

Good envoriment good service ,every thing good! Best hotel we stayed ever. The stadards are like other high class hotels. We want to come again. The Smart-technology in the room was awesome.

Great location, next to the main lines of metro to move around and surrounded by restaurants. The hotel offers welcoming coffee in the afternoon. Excellent service, in concrete great experience with Mia for facilitating seamless checking and checkout. Gym with cardio equipment.

Our first time staying in this hotel and generally gave us good impression from the first step inside the lobby. Staff are very polite and helpful. Although room size is not big but it’s neat and clean. Bathroom is clean and so as the towels. It will be perfect If the lighting condition can be improved as we couldn’t see clear from the mirror. Lighting there is quite gloomy! Checking out was efficient and we were surprised with a gift - a bag of Pullman chocolate! Elena was very nice and helpful. Her warm greetings and smile gave our trip a pleasant touch! We’ll come back to this hotel in our future trip to Zhuhai!

This is a wonderful trip. 3 days 2 nights unlimited access of theme park. Include - buffet dinner . Chimelong is the best theme park in the world . Hope I can see chimelong theme park built all over the world.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel as a family. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions. Highly recommend for families looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

St Regis Hotel Shenzhen is located at the Grand Theatre Station which is a few stops from Lo Wu Station. It’s also on the way to KK Mall so it is extremely convenient to go eating and shopping there. The guest room is very spacious with a good city view. We particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the water temperature is just perfect. From the swimming pool, there is also bright sunlight shining through the big windows. The only drawback is that there is some cigarette smell in the toilet and I am not sure it’s inherited from the immediate guest before. Overall, I think it is a first class hotel in SZ and it is good value for money to stay there for a short trip.

Our stay at Ranz was amazing! From our arrival to our departure from Shenzhen the staff has been so accommodating! They even gave us a complimentary upgrade and late check out! The room was clean and the hotel is near popular district with many street foods and shopping! The hotel is only a walking distance from 老街 train station which made our itinerary planning much more convenient! The only downside is that they do not have a gym. My wife and I will definitely come back if we’re visiting ShenZhen.

Near to luohu station. Very near to Renmi south station exit A line 9, about 100m walk. A lot of eateries, about 15 mins. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, great place to stay. Offer hand made coffee, just request from customer service counter.

Excellent service in a nice and clean hotel. Very satisfied and will recommend to our friends going to Shenzhen. The location is very good with a night market nearby and a metro station. There are also lots of food options a stone’s throw away, which makes it convenient for those who don’t like to go far. Coco Park mall is also less than 10mn away by taxi. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got the late night supper buffet option and were very pleased and satisfied with the food. Breakfast had chinese and western options.

Check-in process was smooth and we were able to get a room at point of check-in. Concierge was very helpful at all occasions - bringing our luggage all the way to the room and helping to also carry a bulky item that we had delivered to the hotel, to the room. Hotel room was spacious - the toilet even had a dressing table. Hotel room also had a nice river view. Nonetheless, water pressure was rather low and there was a foul smell coming from the pipes. Bed was rather hard and while staff tried to reduce the hardness by layering over a blanket, a comfortable night’s sleep was elusive. Air conditioning control seemed to only work for part of the air conditioner; air conditioner continued to operate even though the air conditioning was off. Was looking forward to using the indoor heated pool but this was closed indefinitely with no notice given at time of booking nor at the front desk. Hotel gym seems to be a shared gym with a fitness club and was therefore very crowded. Spa was value for money. The hotel provides free airport pickup on your day of arrival and departure which makes it really convenient for you. The hotel is a less than 10-min drive from T2. The hotel is a bit old and there was a lot of hammering (?) sounds happening around 2-3AM but I wasn’t too bothered.

I had an excellent one-night stay at Ji Hotel in Guangzhou. The room was immaculate, cozy, and tastefully furnished, providing a quiet and restful environment. The highlight was the bathroom with its self-cleaning, warm toilet seat—such a luxurious touch! The room also featured a huge TV and four complimentary water bottles, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast offered a variety of Chinese dishes, plenty of fresh fruit, and a delightful, flavorful coffee to start the day. The hotel's convenient location near the train station made it incredibly easy to find and perfect for travelers. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Guangzhou!

It's very close to the mall where we ski The room is very big and clean! The quality of the breakfast included was nice, just like the cafe level. It's easy to check in and out as well. Really worth the price, will definitely come back next time.

Very close to Sunac Snow Park, the hotel will arrange for shuttle to go and come back. Breakfast spread was good. Not sure if it was low season when we went, but we had to take a buggy to another affiliate hotel nearby for breakfast because our hotel restaurant did not open. Unfortunately, the room we were given had bed bugs! Everyone woke up with bites. We informed the front desk, and the manager was apologetic and applied antiseptic and medicine to my daughter's bites. They changed our room and thankfully no more bites.

The key selling point of this hotel is its location, just 80m to Shipaiqiao Station. Besides, there are many food options around the hotel vicinity. Shops shops are around the hotel. If you are a group of 4, it is easier to book Didi taxi instead of taking the metro. Service staff are generally friendly, but Xiao Chen went the extra mile to provide personal service like where to eat and shop. The cleaning standards of the hotel rooms are inconsistent. Without floor mat, didn't make the bed, didn't clean the dirty cups. It is a tussle taking a lift in the morning. Waiting time can be 10 to 15 minutes wait. Breakfast selection is acceptable. Oh yeah, free coffee and tea at the lobby 24 hours.. Despite some shortcomings, I will choose this hotel again due to its location.

We are a family of four who visited the area to try the Sunac Indoor Snow Park, which offers indoor skiing and other snow activities for non-skiers. The apartment was just opposite the Sunac mall, and due to the metro construction, a small detour took around 5 minutes to get to the mall. The construction had no noise impact on our stay. The apartment was on the 7th floor (lobby), and our room was on the 8th floor. We stayed in a two-room flat with two double beds, and it was perfect. Remember to ask for additional pillows for each bed, as it comes with one set of pillows (one hard and one soft), which cannot be shared comfortably. The morning free breakfast was just perfect—a cup of coffee (of your choice) or orange juice with a selection of bakery items that were surprisingly tasty and fresh. Additionally, the apartment had a QR code for WeChat where you could ask questions in English or Chinese, and their response was quick and not automated. The hotel was approximately 6 km away from Guangzhou North Railway Station, and we decided to take Didi back to the Futian border on our way back, which cost us just under 500 HKD, including an extra expressway fee for the local driver to return home. The hotel is very popular with people coming to ski. The mall on the 3rd floor has plenty of Chinese restaurants to choose from. We ate hotpot at night, which was good value for money and of very good quality, and at lunch, we ate at the noodle shops. Where the apartment (building no. 6) is located, there is a middle section that cuts across all the apartment buildings and creates a lovely row of restaurants, which looks really nice at night. The mall also has an arcade and indoor amusement center where we rode electric go-karts, and there is enough to keep your kids busy.

Very nice hotel, free upgrade room type for us. Reach airport 2am can contact them, they will arrange car to pick up, very reasonable price! Will choose here next time.

The location of this hotel was great! It's at the heart of Beijing Lu where many tourist attractions are located, esp. The Big Buddha Temple. The hotel service is excellent. I have inadvertently informed Taobao to send the things that I bought to the wrong hotel address. The hotel manager was so kind. He went to the other hotel to pick up my things for me! Sure awesome service! Thank you sir 🙏 I will definitely come back to this hotel for my next stay.

We love everything about it, food is yummy, so much to choose from. The resort is super clean, and lots of different hotspring. Excellent place, will definitely come back

This hotel is just amazing with service, atmosphere, gym and swimming pool, all outstanding. Next to a mall is just speechless, can eat all you want from morning to night. Would definitely come again. My family especially my kids love it.

Great hotel near the Mingzhu train station in Zhuhai. The place was clean everywhere and the room was nice and spacious as well. Checking in and out was quick with great service. There’s a back door to a convenient store and coffee shops and other restaurants. There’s not much around but it was good enough if you wanted a quick short stay.

Location was good. Nearest hotel to gongbei port after clearing customs and above the underground mall. Xiaomin (receptionist) was very sweet. She arranged for a room on a high floor for us. In addition, it was such a nice gesture to decorate the room so nicely as a birthday surprise! Thank you v much.

Excellent Time in Holiday Inn Express at Zhuhai Guangdong China. I would Recommend this hotel. We enjoyed a great weekend time here and were able to experience the beauty of nature that we get to enjoy every day. It was great to catch up and spend some quality time together.

Front desk staff are friendly and help, especially explaining to me very patiently about the QR code and booking arrangements. The room is tidy and clean, and surprisingly spacious. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. We had a good stay. We also like it’s location so close to the shopping and restaurant region; we had several excellently delicious meals, very enjoyable!

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.
