Hot Springs Hotels in Phang Nga Province, Thailand

Overall is good. We have a very good time here. All facilities and service are good. It seems the manpower not enough in every departments since checking in so many guest are waiting at the lobby and GSA are too busy to handle. After finish there’s only 1 bellman to take care of everyone to escort guest to the room by buggy but the luggages will come later.  The luggages come so late we go to the beach 10-20 mins and come back to the room and found that the luggage are in front of our room (what?). We have a good time the party at the beach in the evening. During breakfast, also not enough glasses and some delayed food but staffs are great.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the excellent service provided by the staff, from our arrival to the restaurant team. We visited during the Loy Krathong event, and the resort offered a special dinner buffet at just THB 399 per person, inclusive of a complimentary Krathong for each guest. The food was delicious, although the protein options were limited to chicken. We also appreciated other special offerings, such as the resort tour and daily happy hour. The bellmen provided outstanding service, promptly picking us up from our villa and taking us wherever we wanted around the resort. Additionally, the Front Office team drove us around this expansive property, sharing the resort’s historical background during the ride. Don’t miss the chance to visit the in-resort waterfall and the small temple, perfect for those looking to enjoy a quick meditation session during their stay.

i booked this hotel for my birthday but never expected much. As soon as we reached the hotel, we were welcomed with a very friendly lady and served with wet towel and welcoming drinks. We were told that the room we’ve booked was overbooked and they are happily to change it to a new one. The least thing i was expected was, they gave a room with my birthdate as the number. and it was decorated nicely for my birthday. and of course with a complimentary cake and fruits😁 a lot of activities provided by the hotel, or you can just strolling around.. the view was spectacular! As we need to check out early to catch our flight, they packed our breakfast to go. Their service and hospitality is top notch! Highly recommended! and I plan to visit this hotel again for my next birthday!

This island is magical! The service is second to none. The bars, the buffet was delightful, the accomodation is avant-garde yet caters to a higher end crowd. The private boat ride to the island and the arrival at the jetty is going to leave an indelible imprint in my memory ! The reef and fish are just below the jetty and there is the opportunity to see reef crabs. The resort is truly magical, a must find, a must see and something to be treasured. Those who love movies like the Beach, Jurassic Park, Deep Blue Sea, anything acquatic and that meets nature and natural palms could get lost on this island for days. Thr rooms are too creative and luxurious to describe, a must see, subject to availability. Thank you for the privacy, the luxury, the food and drinks and the kind hearted service of the Thai people. My room is pool excess 1.Room is good look is clean but all bathrooms amenity is al onl request no set up in side. Am stay at hotel on raining season but no have umbrella in room. 2. Breakfast just soso food is cold low quality but not same another Pullman Hotel in Thailand ( ABF price 750 THB.) Is no value of paid. 3.Front desk staff Date 27 -4-2025 time about 07.45 until 08.00 Pm. Am back from outside but have Raining to much, am ask staff ( women) do you have umbrella?, She answer : So sorry we don't have it.But i see have 2 umbrella hanging near the front desk. 4. Bell All staff is good s smile and great all time keeps friedly. 5. Eng. Good standard. Am back from outside have raining time, am walk back to my room 8.... The door can't open because low battery after use my mobile phone to contract front dest Eng.staff running to flash and open it for me.Total am waiting in 9 minutes is very good of standard. Suggest All floor corridors of guest rooms can be have the phone for contract or information need help with Front desk is better..

The reception staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was not very diverse, and the taste of the food was not great. The staff service was also lacking. However, other aspects of the hotel were very good, with a great swimming pool and many activities to enjoy. Overall, I was not very impressed and felt it wasn't worth the value.

My overall experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, every staff member greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The team went out of their way to make me feel welcome and relaxed, providing great hospitality at every turn. In particular, I have to mention Khun Kath – her kindness, attentiveness, and friendliness truly stood out and made my stay extra special. I always felt like a valued guest thanks to her wonderful service and the positive attitude of the entire team. My room was perfect in every way: spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed. The room had all the amenities I could possibly need. I really appreciated how well the room was maintained and how everything just worked. It was a peaceful space where I could unwind fully after a day of exploring the resort’s activities. Speaking of activities, everything was very well organized. The resort offered a great range of fun things to do, and each activity was managed smoothly. My morning, the delicious breakfast which had a good variety of hot dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, and more. One small note: the grill restaurant was just average.

It's a very nice place. The pro and contra is the same: far away from everything, so You have a nice beach, a lot of nature, but not a big chose for dining. The hot spring is the best but a lot of turists come for the day trip, so to have a good time You must wait the late evening. Free shuttle to the small city helps a little to get some fruits and shoping. Actually, You can forgive everything for the hot spring which really helps for the health. I was recovering after a broken bone and made a really big progress after 2 weeks.

One night is not enough for this beautiful place. The cleanness, design, service, staff and all the vibe were so great. It's really worth the price.

The hotel in Khao Lak town is so beautiful. The check-in is very smooth, the environment is super beautiful, and the swimming pool is so comfortable. I booked a two-bedroom villa. The living room is a bit small, and the own swimming pool is not big, but it is just right for children to play. After playing, they can jump directly to the beach to play. The beach is private to the hotel and very quiet. The hotel children's playground is not available, but it is full of good quality wooden toys that can be played for a long time. I don't know why it closes at 5 o'clock. The breakfast variety is not rich, but it is very delicate. There are not many adult activities in the hotel. Muay Thai is recommended. The bicycle (paid) tour is average and not recommended. The disadvantage is that the water temperature of the villa's swimming pool is low. There is shade in the morning but the water is cold. It is super sunny between 10-4 o'clock and you can't go into the water. Then the refrigerator and bathroom are not replenished in time every day. I am not very satisfied with this price. The leftovers were left at the door one night. No one took them away the next morning. A big lizard was attracted. I was scared to death.
