First of all, thank you Trip.com . At the beginning, the itinerary was changed from three nights to two nights for personal reasons. Trip.com has been helping to follow up and solve it, although the change was not successful at the beginning. After arriving at the local area, I explained the situation to the hotel in advance and checked out the hotel. I also agreed, saying that I would be refunded through the agent. Then I continued to contact Trip.com , because the agent responded very slowly, but Trip.com almost every day, I have to contact me to explain the reason, and solve the problem as quickly as possible in a short time. In the end, I also successfully got a refund, thank you Trip.com for the follow-up in these weeks.
The hotel itself is also very cost-effective, more than 300 can live in a Japanese-style room, including buffet breakfast and hot springs, relaxing and comfortable.
A very nice hotel. Although it is quite far up the mountain, it is suitable for tourists who drive. The facilities are also very convenient and suitable for a family. When we drove into the city at night, we had delicious charcoal grilled chicken👍🏻The bed was also very big
Location, parking facility, room cleanliness, breakfast etc everything was almost perfect.
Especially this hotel has indoor onsen bath which is a big plus.
One thing I like to note is that they use the electronic key system on the door of every room
and they provide hotel-issued password printed on the paper. The number combination is 6 digit so it is not easy to memorize.
Therefore you have to always carry your pwd paper with you and if you forget it someone can always open your room easily.
I think hotel needs to let the customer choose their own password combination, so that they do not have to carry the piece of paper.
Was a short overnight stay for us but overall pretty impressive. We arrived late on a raining night so did not have the chance to explore the outdoor area much, but the indoor area was very nice to experience. The breakfast is a must try, venue is very classy and the food variety is great.
It's about 10 minutes away from the city. The location is not great, but the hospitality is excellent and the hotel thinks about the details of its guests. The lounge area from the large public bath and the free drinks there are great, so you can relax and take your time. I think it's worth staying an night just for this hotel. I wish they could extend the bath time a little more in the morning.
The quality of the hot springs is excellent for the location. However, the room seemed quite old. I made a reservation based on the information that there was a sauna, but I was disappointed as the women's bath was small enough to accommodate only one person.
Reception: On the day of check-in, the cold current was attacked, and the weather was particularly cold, but when I arrived at the hotel, I saw the host standing at the door to greet me, and even helped guide the parking with the cold wind. The whole was deeply moved.
Breakfast & dinner: I don't know if this is the legendary ”Japanese Kaiseki” cuisine? As far as I am a foreigner, it must be! The glutinous rice is matched with seasonal/local handmade side dishes, non-staple food, etc., colorful and delicious feasts, Every dish feels the intention of the host's preparation, and the content is introduced one by one when serving, which is a very special feeling.
Soaking: although the wooden bath is not big, but there is a kind of quaint beauty, the environment is clean and tidy, the only fly in the ointment is that the face paper, moisturizing products, etc. on the dressing table of the female soup have long been used, but not replenished in time, there are no other shortcomings; After soaking in the hot spring back to the room, I was surprised to find that the host carefully prepared red bean soup, not only warm the stomach but also warm the heart.
Overall: If you go to Tianyanhu, it is recommended to stay here for one night. Not only the location is good, you can see the Tianyanhu Shrine when you open the window. You can also stroll to Tiananheyuan early in the morning to fully enjoy the special local scenery. In addition, the hotel's intimate service and delicious meals, It is definitely a different experience from Western restaurants.
I was misled by Ctrip's traffic instructions. I took the Nichinan Line to Orisha Station. Although it was close to the hotel, there were no taxis at the exit. I walked for nearly an hour to get to the hotel. When I checked out, the hotel arranged a free car to take me to the station. There were no restaurants or convenience stores around the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. The facilities and baths were OK, and many locals came to take a hot spring bath.
The location of the hotel cannot be described as inconvenient. Since it is not a big city, it is acceptable. However, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel, and it is also very convenient to walk to Qingdao Shrine. In terms of service, the staff are friendly and friendly, maintaining the high service quality that Japan has always had. Hygiene and convenience are slightly poor, and the furniture is relatively old, but it is understandable, after all, the hotel has a considerable history. Only the toilet seat has contaminants, which is not acceptable.

TTravelLoverOfMiyazakiThis Hotel is famous for the tourist but the building is a bit old. Their toilet has old bidet, it’s hard to operate. They have old fashioned key, don’t be confused. But when it comes to service ill give them 5⭐️they are very helpful and polite staff.

LLengLeng323I booked the dormitory room, it is clean and there is dorm only for female. it is so sad that staffs cannot speak English well, but they tried to serve the foreigners as good as possible. Overall, if you just go to sleep or stay a night, it is good place for you. It is close to Aoshima Jingu.
It is very convenient that there is bus stop in front of the hotel, good for people to go other Miyazaki places

ZZhang v vThe location is quite convenient, clean and quiet. It is only a few stops from Miyazaki Station, and there are buses to several attractions.
There is a very good Miyazaki grilled wagyu restaurant downstairs, and there is also a place at 8pm.
