I have no complaints about the facilities and services. The super room with a loft bed is perfect for children １ and I want to stay again. The hot spring water was also smooth and good. And finally, when I left the inn, I received a pleasant word of seeing off from the staff who were cleaning, etc., which was not at the front desk. I was a little impressed with this.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The room is large for a city center location. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat in 5 minutes. However, the hot spring arrangement is average because it is a public bath and there are many people. Other than that, it feels good.

The hotel is well located with the train station & shopping near by. It has only 1 restaurant. The hotel probably expect the guests to make use the abundant f & b in the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable but the furniture is abit old and loose fitting. The staff was friendly and helpful although their understand of English is quite low. Overall, I enjoyed my 4 nights stay and will probably use the same hotel if I am in the Mito ( Ibaraki) area.

This is my second time here. It's located on the banks of the Nakagawa River in Oarai, and the facilities are large, clean, and excellent. It's the perfect hotel for those who want to spend a relaxing and quiet time.

Traveling to this remote place, to be honest, there will not be too many Chinese tourists passing by. The hotel is a surprise. Although the facilities are slightly old, they are particularly well maintained. The hotel has a Filipino waiter who can speak English and give us various introductions. But others can neither speak English nor speak Chinese. The hotel is halfway up the mountain, below is the seaside, you can see the beautiful scenery from the windows of the corridor, and the hot springs are also available. The room is huge, and there is a spacious balcony, private and comfortable. Breakfast is Heshi, but basically eat. The only thing lacking is that there are very few towels in the room, there are two small towels, no bath towels, so strange.

It was close to the sea and had a great view. The welcome drink was delicious, and was made with amazake (sweet sake). The staff were very kind and polite. Dinner was a course meal, and the dishes were explained to us each time, and they were both delicate in appearance and very tasty. There was also a stylish free space lounge, which was nice. Breakfast was also very delicious, but perhaps because we came at a bad time, as there were many empty plates or plates with only a few left. It was also a convenient distance for going to teamLab.
