Nice and quiet hostel located near Hondori. Plenty of local food around. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely stay there if I visit Hiroshima again.
I really liked staying here and will definitely stay again if I’m in Hiroshima!! The dorms are right next door to the check-in area and have a separate entrance. Staff was great. It felt very safe as there is a code to access the room. Bathroom areas were clean, slippers are provided, and the beds are very spacious. It was unclear to me if there were lockers- I didn’t ask because I wasn’t worried about it and there was an area in the room where we all just piled our luggage. There’s a convenience store right across the street, and it’s like a 3 minute walk to the train/bus station- really convenient!! I loved Hiroshima and definitely recommend you take the ferry to Miyajima as well.
The main thing is the low price. I'm really grateful that I can stay for just a few thousand yen within walking distance of Hiroshima Station. If you bring your own towels, shampoo and conditioner are provided. There is a Lawson nearby so you won't have any trouble with small purchases. You can stay in a group room with everyone, but this time I stayed in the dormitory by myself. There are both Japanese and foreign guests. The multipurpose space has a wide variety of chairs, books, games, etc., so you can relax.
3 minutes from the tram stop, not the kind of hotel that will open a party, everyone is very quiet, the sheets and pillowcases are laid by themselves. There is a kitchen where you can cook and boil water, bring your own dental appliances, and rent 200 yen for bath towels.
Felt welcomed by the hotel staff, shared rooms have properly divided beds. Fully equiped with basic amenities such as shampoo, body gel, towels, lockers...
The lounge was full of books to read (tourism books, novels, manga...) and is tastefully decorated. Family-friendly place.
Close to the local train line that travels to Miyajimaguchi harbour (Ferry to the island) in barely 6 minutes.
Great experience overall.
It is located 10 〜 15 minutes walk from Kure Station. In the case of a taxi, you can say that the red building is one meter. The building has an Internet cafe on the 2nd floor, a public bath on the 3rd floor, and a hotel on the 4th floor. Guests can enter the public bath on the 3rd floor for free. There is a large communal bath, a cold bath, and a sauna (150 yen), and guests can bring the towels provided in the room. If you need a bath towel, it costs 200 yen, and shampoo and body soap will be lent free of charge if you declare it at the public bath reception. At night, it will be closed at 24:00 at the last 23:00 reception. The room had a dormitory (a room with a lot of two-stage beds) and a private room, and I stayed in a dormitory, but there were two outlets for each bed and it was convenient to charge. The locker is large enough to fit a large backpack. The concept of the hotel is to create an atmosphere like being in a submarine, as the name suggests (Red Submarine). Bedroom, lounge, toilet all. Smoking can be smoked in a place like a balcony. Meals can be ordered at the Internet cafe on the 2nd floor and eaten 24 hours in the lounge. Convenience store is Lawson nearby. I would like to stay if I have a chance to come to Wu again.
The location is great and the hostel is super affordable. The facilities are good enough, nothing to complain about. Using the washing machine costs ¥300 and you can rent towels and buy toothbrushes etc. for a small price.
However, the receptionist made a rather racist and questionable joke regarding my nationality and apparently did the same with other guests too. He surely doesn't have bad intentions but can be a bit difficult to deal with.
Furthermore, it's not possible to enter the Hotel between 1AM and 8AM, so staying out late will surely turn into staying out very very late
The staff was very good, helped me take my luggage to the third floor, a little shaking stairs, very powerful 👍.
The suitcase can be spread out, the space is large, the construction site wind, the place where my head pillow is above the unpacked beam, there are two wood, it feels not safe, I changed the side to sleep!

Great
GGuest UserI am more than happy to write a comment for this capsule hotel, which has been the best one among those I have stayed in. They provide generous amount of amenities and even hair spray. The staff members are welcoming and helpful. Sound isolation is extremely good as you don’t want to hear people snoring. Just a 10-minute walk from Hiroshima station which is acceptable. Just right below the building there is a tram stop for the port to Matsuyama. I hope I have a chance to be staying in this place again!!!

旅旅遊N次過客Good location, very close to the station and the pier, there are staff at check in, the staff is also very friendly and willing to help, the bed in the room is clean, the fork plug is not enough, Pantry is narrow and a bit messy, and the price is low.
