The staffs are super friendly, they can speak english fluently so there were no communication issues. The rooms have CCTVs and they respect privacy and quiet hours. They have a lot of services included in their hostel, you really don’t need to go out for laundry or buying snacks and water. Opt for the one that has breakfast meal, the difference between having it or none is just minuscule. I even became close friends with one of the staffs and his friends which is super memorable. One of my highlights of visiting Indonesia for the first time.
It's a nice place to stay, comfy, cozy there's a cafe downstairs, there's no welcoming drink such as water. Luckily there's an Indomaret right next to it & the wifi isn't working but overall it's good.

Stayed here for the second time. The bedsheets in this room were very dirty. You couldn't see them because the quilt was pressed down. You had to lift the quilt. And there were bedbugs crawling on the wall when I was still awake at 2 a.m. 🤔🤔 I can only say that different rooms are different. Last time I stayed on the 6th floor, it was good. This time on the 3rd floor, it was rubbish.
The room is sufficient if only for rest or transit. But the mattress was a bit hard. The AC also seemed a bit dirty because it wasn't very cold. And what was really lacking was that the bathroom was broken, including the toilet. There was a wall clock but it was off.

In the city center area, the girl will answer all your questions, you can meet friends from different countries, and the coffee is free, which is a good experience
The price is very high. There are many gourmet shops around. Opposite is a coffee shop.
The room is the same as the picture. It is very clean. It is a bit like a student dormitory.
Staff reception is very friendly and grab is very convenient
The room is not very soundproof, the balcony door is very light
The overall price is still very high

Great
TtravelmumuClean and cozy room, very friendly and helpful staff. Good location in the middle of historic square. Close to a variety of museums.
YYovani MillerStay was great so far. Just a suggestion that the pod areas needed to be fogged by some rentokill staff. I saw some little bugs flying around in pod areas and inside the pod. The mosquitos especially. I also hope that every floor have shower room and additional toilets because around rush hour or hectic hours, the shower room is full. However, the service from the staff there was extraordinary and all out. Especially from Dinda, Hesti, Nona from the Front Office. They are fast response with professional services. Also, last but not least, the foods and drinks there were delicious. Just nees improvement of the portion. But the service from Andra and Chris (Barista), they are friendly and humble. Thank you for helping me during the stay. Will come back soon.
CCoffeeMan TravelCheck-in was hassle-free. Make sure to download the Bobobox app beforehand, as it’s required to access your room. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended for solo travelers!
YYovani MillerNever get bored staying at this Bobopod Hotel. I usually Longstay in here. Extend per day. The staff are friendly, toilets are fresh and clean. Tidy and clean for the hall. No smell. I love this branch because it is so strategic. Nearby many markets and culinary spots. I have also tried the food in the pod as well. All good. My requests are applied by the staff accordingly. Great service excellent!!! Will come back soon. Thank You !!!
WWin BkkA lot of transportation options nearby. The check in was smooth. The dorm room was spacious and clean. Wifi was somewhat weak in room but better at the communal area.
I liked the cozy communal area near reception, but it was full of mosquitos at night.
AAhmed4KpIt's an absolute beautiful place. I booked it in a hurry before traveling to Indonesia on the bus, and I had no idea how even it look like, however it was a surprise, super futuristic, everything is controlled within the app, I booked for another day and simply chat the hotel through their live chat and boom my booking has been confirmed and the electricity came back to my cabin. All in all, I highly recommend it, i think choosing any other place is a sin.
MMojoThis was my second time trying out Bobopod as I had a great experience during my first stay in another city. However, this time was disappointing. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything going on around you. I didn’t get a good night's sleep on the first night and ended up booking another hotel. Nevertheless, the price and location are excellent.
