The location of the hotel is so convinient, it's close to grocery stores, restaurants, mosques and morning markets and many more. The staff is very helpfull, the environment in here is so warm. I like my stay in here.

The location is fantastic, right at the subway entrance. When it's -20 to -30 degrees Celsius outside, saving a few hundred meters of walking really is a lifesaver. The hostel also provides free earplugs, and there are a lot of international guests, so you hear all sorts of languages. As an introverted person with social anxiety, I wasn't able to initiate conversations. There's a fridge and microwave on the first floor, so you can store your own food and heat it up whenever you want. All in all, it's pretty good!

This is the best Hostel that I have ever stayed in. The location is right on central street (the street that is in all the stuff to do lists on Harbin). It is also only 10 minutes walking distance from the Saint Sophia's church. There is also this mall 1 minute walking distance from the front door called Euro Plaza a 7 story shopping mall with all the food and shopping you would need or want. Apart from its rooms, the hotel offers a common area and free washer dryers for its guests both of which are very clean. It also has refrigerators in the common area that it sells drinks out of, I even saw people store their food inside the right most refrigerators because there are no refrigerators in the rooms. Overall I would definitely stay here if I come back to Harbin.

The hotel has a very convenient location, within walking distance of Subway Line 3 (Friendship Palace Hotel Exit 2), Zhongyang Street (Central Avenue), the Morning Market, Songhua River, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Manhattan Mall. The area is surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores, making it easy to find food and daily necessities. The lady owner speaks English very well and is very responsive, kind, and sweet. She even surprised me with a cake for my birthday. The staff are helpful and welcoming, and they invited us to a Christmas Eve party with free food, which made our stay extra special. The room is quiet and spacious, with free bottled water provided daily. What I liked the most was the large window, perfect for people-watching and enjoying the view of cars passing by 😆. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. 💕

But from the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff's warmth and welcome dispelled all my concerns. The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable, new bedsheets and a spotless washroom. The heating system was a blessing in the freezing temperatures, and we slept soundly each night. What sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. The staff's genuine warmth, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile make it a true gem in this chilly city. The room offers great value for money, and there's a washing machine available. After washing my clothes and hanging them outside, the owner turned on the heater, and they dried overnight. The owner is also very kind; they helped me with my luggage, and even carried it upstairs for me when I left to catch my ride. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance to visit Harbin. It's really excellent, located right on Central Street, which makes shopping super convenient. Getting anywhere is easy; taxis to the subway and the airport shuttle are all very close. Basically, the transportation is very convenient. My flight back was at 7:00 AM, so I woke up at 3:30 AM, took a taxi to the airport shuttle stop, and caught the first bus. I arrived at the airport just in time for check-in and security.

The rooms and bedding were incredibly clean, and the location was superb – just 100 meters from Central Avenue's main entrance and a 5-minute walk to the subway. The owner was very friendly. The lobby was spacious, with communal hot water, a dining area, and sofas, which was very convenient. The heating in the room was excellent, almost too warm, so we often had to open the window or place a basin of water to increase the humidity. There were lots of fellow travelers, and we took many group photos to remember the good times. The atmosphere was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute best hostel experience in Harbin! The owner is an incredible, wonderful man you will instantly love. He knows every hidden corner of this city — you cannot truly explore Harbin without his local knowledge and recommendations. This place offers unbelievable value; you get far more than you pay for. Thanks to the owner’s gift for connecting travellers, you do not just book accommodation here — you join a little family. There is a guitar and ukulele for guests to enjoy, and the breathtaking city view from the 26th floor is outstanding. I truly hope he expands this hostel idea soon, because so many travellers want to stay here, so book well in advance. 100% worth every penny.

I was extremely satisfied; this was the best hostel I've ever stayed in. It was my first time staying in a hostel in northern China, and the main reason I slept so well was because it cured my sleep problems 💤… Considering the incredibly low price, I felt obligated to give it a good review. The best part was meeting three different roommates who were all very nice and shared their travel experiences… This was a pleasant surprise. The only regret was not being able to participate in any activities! The fact that there were fewer people these past few days (off-season) was also an advantage. The barbecue place recommended by Brother Nie was delicious, but I ordered too much for one person. Be careful when ordering food in Northeast China—the portions are huge!!! Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely stay in a hostel nearby; it's about a 20-minute walk.

This was my first solo trip, and my first time staying in a hostel, and the experience was truly fantastic! Even though I only stayed one night, I had an incredibly, incredibly happy, warm, and cozy stay. The environment was great, it really felt like home. They have a female-only section, and my roommates were super nice. It was a very comfortable stay, and excellent value for money! I absolutely loved this place and have already recommended it to my friends. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin!
