Hostels in Heilongjiang, China

This is my third time to stay in this hostel. The staff here are very helpful and provide very useful information about places to go and dinning places, etc. Since I made a last minute short trip away the Harbin, the hostel has a flexibility to provide a cancellation of the room without charge. In general, staff here are very nice and the atmosphere of the hostel is good. You can join their group to get /provide useful travel information. If you have interested to join hostel activities such as short trip, board games, it is welcomed to ask the front line staff too. Collaboration makes things better. Last but not least, the cat star here is very popular.

Booked a private room and it exceeded my expectations. The hostel has been newly renovated so the rooms are modern and clean. Spacious bed with a nice side sofa, free washer and dryer with detergent provided, and the location is stellar, right next to the main street and subway. Highly recommend

A magical youth hostel, a place you won't want to leave once you check in. Let's start with the stay: the environment is exceptionally clean and safe, the facilities are warm, and the decor is artistic! As the owner said, this isn't just a place to sleep. It's a cultural community! I was lucky enough to catch one of their regular events. I had no idea Maodong Youth Hostel had such extensive resources, inviting renowned intangible cultural heritage teachers! One after another, vivid intangible cultural heritage handicrafts, bursts of hearty laughter, and I was ultimately moved by the spirit of craftsmanship, traditional techniques, and meticulous use of ordinary materials. Thank you, Maodong! You've truly made me understand the greatness of intangible cultural heritage! I'm astounded by the Chinese people's pursuit of excellence! The owner and teachers' final words were even more profound! They are truly working hard to contribute, in a small way, to national culture and the cultural tourism of Longjiang. But I find this truly remarkable!

The room is clean and tidy. The location is excellent and very comfortable. Good stay experience. One of the few treasure shops! Very comfortable stay! 24-hour hot water for shower is very good! !

The accommodation is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Friendship Palace Hotel metro station. The entrance is through a restaurant, which is very easy to find. The host speaks English well and was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. We had to check out at 5 AM, and there were no staff available at that hour, but the host went out of their way to assist us and even provided great recommendations for places to visit. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality! [ P.S. This youth hostel is just the best youth hostel I have ever been to. The people are really nice, friendly and can speak english. This is a must place in Harbin. It's a lot of fun for kids and adults to be able to be creative, cook, and play music or sing on the stage. We made a pen out of wood, and made some baozi. I recommend it for people who want to have fun and make some new friends. We have great souvenirs of this place and hope to be able to come back soon. The Springer family

If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed. On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee. One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to strip your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.

Friends who come to travel alone can come and experience it. I just arrived early, and the landlord arranged an early check-in for me, so that my tired body and mind can get a rest. If you want to travel, the landlord will also enthusiastically provide tour routes. This place is relatively close to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. There is a direct bus downstairs, and it takes about ten minutes by taxi. It is recommended to form a group to go to the Ice and Snow World in winter. I came here in autumn and have no say. I will comment next time. When I am free, I will also organize a reunion or go there to exercise and relax. The network is also very fast. The landlord is a very clean person. You can also meet different friends here. Overall, it gives people a good feeling.

It turned out that I wanted to book another youth hostel, because Jaylen had a song name similar to its youth hostel, but after reading the details, it was on the first floor and there was no window. This one had a window, so I booked this one. I was very fortunate to make this choice. The room is the same as the merchant's picture, I forgot to take it. 4 people in a room, it will not be inconvenient because there are too many people, the public area is very spacious and comfortable to stay. The toilet and shower are also very clean. Stayed here for a week, I was very lucky to meet the co-photographed partner, the hostel boss official uncle will also help to fight the single chartered car to see the sunrise, sunset, black** island; If you need to go to Russia, you can also arrange (1500 two-day tour, you can bring your own passport, if you don't have it, you can also do a temporary one). In short, you can consult the official uncle for eating, drinking and playing in Fuyuan~ All of them will be arranged properly for you~ The room is located on the pedestrian street in the city center. It is very convenient to go to Dongji Pavilion, fish market, riverside, port, fish museum. There are also many foods nearby. The locals said that it was 5 yuan to go anywhere in the city, but I walked very close. The far East Polar Square Black ** Island chartered a car with the official uncle. The young lady at the front desk came as a volunteer, and the people were very nice and cute~ I hope I can have the opportunity to come here to volunteer in the future (it will take a month) In short, everything is perfect for this photo-chasing trip, great~

The location of the hotel is very good, extending in all directions. The boss is very good, hospitable, the room is spacious and warm, the facilities are complete, and the price is very high.
