We stayed in a family room, which was spacious, clean and cozy. Everything we needed was provided: a comfortable bed, fresh clean bed linen, lots of pillows on the bed, a kettle and a microwave. Unfortunately, there were no slippers. Dry cleaning was done daily, but the floor was not washed, and the foot towel was changed only on request.
The staff is very friendly, polite and attentive, always ready to help with any questions!
Every day we were given two bags of coffee and three bottles of water for free. For a bottle of water over the norm, we had to pay 10 baht.
They always gave any number of beach towels without any problems, under a record, when you return them back, you sign for the return again. The guys never rushed, you could take towels for at least a day, the main thing is to return them.
There was also a hair dryer in the room, which is extremely inconvenient to use, it is not screwed anywhere, and each time you had to hold the whole device with your hands or clamp it between your knees to dry your hair properly. When using the hair dryer, it overheated and turned off, you had to wait 10-15 minutes for it to cool down. This is not critical, just very inconvenient.
The hotel has a swimming pool, but we never used it, we always went to the beach. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, there is a 24-hour 7/11 nearby, where you can buy everything you need. The hotel itself is located a little away from the main busy street, so it was always quiet and calm under our windows.
I definitely recommend this hotel for your trip. The price-quality ratio is excellent! We will definitely come back here again.
Very quiet place, separate house with two bedrooms and cozy living room with small kitchen, there is a washing machine, good pool, children swam every day, gorgeous view of the sea through panoramic windows from bedrooms, sea in 2 minutes. Friendly staff, communication via WhatsApp, very quick response to requests! Within walking distance there are shops, cafes, exchange offices, massage, hairdressers. There is a small parking lot, where there was always a place for a car. In my opinion, this hotel is the perfect combination of price and quality and is suitable for a family vacation. We rented house A. If we go to Phuket again, I will consider this hotel.

Needed a place handy to the airport. Picked this one as it was a bungalow style room with balcony. Facilities are basic but you have everything you need. Easy walking distance from airport, in a quiet area but still near to shops, restaurants and bars. Great hosts with a very easy checkin/checkout system. They were excellent and very attentive, there to answer questions as they arose. They also helped with onward transport arrangements, making it a very pleasant stay indeed, no worries or hassle. I definitely would stay again and recommend them.
The house looks very beautiful, and the interior is well-organized, clean and comfortable. It also provides an outdoor swimming pool. The environment and service are good. I am satisfied

Excellent, cozy mini-hotel! 10 minutes walk to Mai Khao Beach. There are many cafes around and the hotel has a kitchen where you can cook everything yourself. I really liked it! Thank you!
Perfect and impeccable gay B&B! ! ! ! I have stayed in two gay B&Bs in Phuket (the other one is Aquarius), and I can responsibly say that unless you are very obsessed with living in Patong Beach, this one will definitely beat the other one!
First of all, I really don’t like the environment too much😭 This B&B is located in the center of the entire Phuket Island, close to the Tiger Kingdom and the Jungle Elephant Sanctuary. It is not too far from the surrounding scenic spots, but it is not close either😂
The B&B is located in a very quiet corner of the mountain. Half of it is surrounded by tall woods. It is very, very quiet. You can hear the rustle of the wind blowing through the woods at any time, as well as the calls of various unknown birds. In the center of the B&B is A large constant-temperature swimming pool, the water is warm 24 hours a day, making people want to soak in it all the time. In the morning and afternoon, ask the boss for a floating mat, lie in the swimming pool, close your eyes and bask in the sun, listen to the sounds of nature, and relax. The wind blows and it's really, really comfortable. There is a small sauna next to the swimming pool. You can also go to the sauna to relax at night~
The environment for breakfast is also very good. Picture 4 is a platform on a fish pond, surrounded by big and fat goldfish 😂
If you like liveliness, this B&B can satisfy you! Although there are usually no people in this B&B, there is a pool party every Saturday, so there will be a lot of people on Saturdays😂 If you like the excitement, choose to stay on Saturday~
The boss is a very, very kind Swede who helped me a lot. When I arrived that day, I was almost out of Thai baht, so he took me on a bicycle to find places where I could exchange Thai baht. He also took the initiative to introduce me to delicious food nearby. restaurant, I accidentally heard that I was going to Phuket Old Town, so I specially sent me the map.
And the most important thing is that this B&B has changed my stereotype of gay B&Bs being dirty and messy! The B&B is really clean, the pool is clean, and the rooms are also clean! It’s really rare...
When I checked in, there happened to be only two Chinese tourists. Although we were all strangers, we got along very well very quickly. After playing in the evening, everyone returned to the B&B and we had a great time chatting in the swimming pool. ! There was even an inexplicable feeling...
It is a perfect B&B that I feel is impeccable in every aspect. If I come to Phuket again in the future, I will definitely stay here again! !

Very comfortable and beautiful hotel with warm and thoughtful service. Excellent location. The swimming pool is great. Next to it is a Thai massage shop, restaurants, supermarkets, and very close to Rawai Beach. I will stay here again next time!

Very Good
GGuest UserThere is no smell in the room, and it feels very comfortable. The windows in the room are quite large, the ventilation effect is good, the lighting is also very good, and the whole room is very bright. After we sent the things back to our room, we ate some meals in the surrounding restaurants. At night, we went back to the apartment and took a hot bath. It was very comfortable. Hot water is provided throughout the day, no matter what time it takes to take a bath. Very adequate.
Ffranxxx_xxx8The location is a bit far from the urban area of Phuket Patong. It is quite a distance from the main scenic spots because Phuket is quite a big island. It's very close to Carnival Magic, only a 5-minute drive away. There is a Pub Cafe Del Mar on the right when you go out. It's super beautiful and huge, close to the seaside, and it's full of foreigners. The hotel rooms are all in the back half, and the front half is used for commercial purposes. There is no elevator😅 We were tired of carrying our luggage up to the 4th floor. .
GGuest UserFor the price, the room was great. It is 10-15 min walking to the beach. There is a 7/11, restaurants, a sport pub, billard pub and massage next to it. 10-15 min walking to the night market even if no really safe as along the big road to go there. The bed is confortable. Curtain let the light go inside… had lot of ants inside. Even found a huge cockroad in the room when was in he last floor! The furniture and wall are used but was not an issue for me. Good hot shower even if then you can’t go to toilets as the floor will all wet. There a construction site just next to it so it is noisy during the shake, sometime the flat was checking strange but truth. Also you can hear the road really noisy during the day but night time it is ok except if noisy motobike. They kept my bag at reception on the last day so was nice, it is 10-15 min walking from the bus stop to go to airport but be ready to spend 1h30 in the bus and no 50 min like they said but 2€50 bus compare to 20€ taxi. The beach is nice with sunbed but I think surin beach next to it is better. I enjoyed the flat as was big and lot of facilities but nothing in the kitchen to cook or eat just a sink, had a kettle and a fridge and a hairdryer but was just too noisy for me :( the wall are like paper as could hear my neighbor coughing and tv all day. Still would recommand it for a short stay and low budget. Receptionist were nice, they offer services but didn’t use them.

AAshleighWhile the place was beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained I cannot recommend staying here. There is no official reception and there is hardly ever anyone about should you need to ask information. When we arrived they weren't even aware of our booking. 'Breakfast' was a shambles, being a pre ordered meal from somewhere else, we had no idea what was the situation nor were we given any info about it. The first day it arrived and I was given a chicken sandwich, I kindly explained that I don't eat meat and if I could possibly have something else for the next 2 days. This was met with utter shock and laughter, even grabbing another member to come and point and laugh at me for not eating meat. The next day I received meat. And the following day. Needless to say this request was clearly not taken seriously. There is a great kitchen on site including a coffee machine with pods, however the plug of the machine doesn't even fit in the wall so bring your own adaptor and when the pods run out they are not filled. You could ask for an adaptor and more coffee but like I said ....good luck finding someone.
It is a shame because the pool is wonderful, but the organisation and service is non existent. Honestly wouldn't consider staying again.
MMelisa DUZGUNWe stayed for 8 nights. The room was clean but there was no hot water in the bathroom. I went to the reception twice and told them. But the water heater was broken. The bed was very comfortable. The cafeteria upstairs is very convenient and they do a great job. The food was great.
AAnton NWe enjoyed our stay. The room is clean, there is a kettle and a fridge. The air conditioning is good. It is quiet and cozy in the evening. It is a five-minute walk to the Seven, 20 minutes to the beach, and 15 minutes to the night market. It is a 20-25-minute walk from the airport. We will be happy to come back here.
GGuest UserThe hotel room itself was gorgeous, semi-comfortable bed, the room was cleaned each day and restocked water and toiletries.
The location is pretty good as it is next to Central and also a day/evening market with a 7/11 at the end of the road.
My biggest problem was safety. It doesn’t have a road front lobby so you have to go through a little ally then up some stairs to get to the rooms. The door to the stairs is open 24/7 with no lock so literally anyone could get up into the hotel. The rooms only had a simple handle push button lock and didn’t have any other safety system. The lack of security and not having any reception staff on except when they are expecting guests to arrive/ leave meant the hotel feels very unsafe. As a solo traveller, that is my primary concern. There was a safety issue at one point with a guest being disruptive in the halls, it took about an hour for this to be sorted by a member of staff as I actually had to contact the owner of the hotel who then had to get some staff to the hotel to sort the problem. So even though it is a nice hotel, it wasn’t worth being worried about my safety.
IIlia Nikolaev一切都很好,除了几个东西:everything is fine, except that we had a gecko living on the ceiling, who took a crap in the middle of the room when we were not home. but you know, it might even be nice - we were told that it was safe. but I lowered the rating because the cafe, which was in the hotel, did not include 10 and 5 percent taxes and tips. we paid upon check-out, and found out about it only after the fact. unpleasant aftertaste. although the service staff was very friendly.
CCocoLocoThis is a very charming little Hotel? Stay? Guesthouse? It's family owned, and you which makes it so amazing is that it has this charming thing you've seen with your great-/Grandparents. There's Pa and Ma, and of course the son. The furnishing is just great. The rooms are small but that is nothing to worry about. They have complimentary coffee and tea in the little garden with a pound and huge goldfish. I say this with the most respect and being a little fan girl. But this is everything I remember from the older Asian movies from the 70's and 80's. It's just so charming, and amazing!!!!
The only thing that confused me was the shower, and that's why it didn't get ”full star.” That it didn't get warm wasn't the problem, but the showerhead probably needs some attention. I don't know if it's just my room, but yes...
It didn't really matter and if I come back, I certainly will book this guesthouse again, and for a few more days. It's worth the stay!!!!! 😀😸
