The wifi is not function at all!!!!!!! Please upgrade your tv to android tv and dont use tv box!!! Its siper slow plus ypur wifi in not function at all!! After i complain about it still no response from you guys. Totally not recomended. Ac super slow to be cold. Even worse ac leaking at the bed!!!!

I’m very happy during the stay, fast responses/arrangements from front desk and all via Whatapps which is very convenient. Room is clean, lovely cute bathroom. Good location as walking distance to mall. After the first night, we decided to book for 2nd night directly with Vinah, fast and immediate deal. Bad side is you have to walk up to second floor with no lift and the staircase a bit dirty but we are ok with it since the hotel interior is clean.

Great location with beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.  Everything about the hotel was exceptional.  Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. but little disapointed when there is no access parking card and u need to pay rm15 extra for it .

the room was crean. Convenient location with shopping malls and restaurants. Good staff. I would like to stay again when I come to Kota Kinabalu.

Great location but lack of parking space. The room that I got unfortunately not clean and have army of ants. The shower head is broken so the water is splashing everywhere. The bathroom door can’t be locked cause got no door knob. You get what you paid for.

The apartment is more comfortable than the hotel. First, there is good air circulation. Second, there is space for children. Third, they can cook by themselves. It is very convenient for shopping and grocery shopping. You need to swipe your card to come in downstairs. There are two doors without worrying about safety. The aunt has a friendly cleaning attitude. There is a bar street on the opposite side of the apartment, and you can watch the sunset. It rained that day and the burning clouds after sunset were so beautiful! NaNa people are very nice, we can check out at 2 o'clock in the afternoon on our plane at night, and also printed out the information for us, which is very recommended!

I have a pleasent stay in this homestay. The amenities provided is in a good condition and it also have a washing machine, cutleries and an oven. Definitely will stay again in this place. The place also very strategic as it is located in the middle of Kota Kinabalu where it is nearby shopping mall like imago. Highly recommended!

Yes, the boss is very nice, can speak Chinese, and is very enthusiastic. Some of my special needs are met. The place is easy to find, the location is great, and it is very convenient to go everywhere. Affordable!
