The hostel is nicely located close to many little shops and not a long walk to the city center. The bed linen is good and the wifi is strong. The presence of a heater in the room is a plus, especially in winter. The shower situation however could be improved as well as the people smoking in the hallway which spreads towards the whole hotel day and night. They have a little kitchen with some equipments if needed.

This is a super hotel. They upgraded our room for free. It was really amazing to lie in bed and watch the stars. I have to especially praise Mire and Xiao Zhou. They took the trouble to take us to see several room types. They are really nice and kind. The children also loved the souvenirs they gave us. It is worth recommending.

After a heroic crossing from Pakistan it was a truly delightful experience to stay at GreenTree Eastern hotel. the design is modern, staff and super helpful, rooms are big and best of all the restaurant served really nice breakfast and dinner. Can't thank you enough for a great stay.

I was quite tired after a day of driving. The hotel is quite remote, at the foot of the mountain. It is close to the mountain and relatively clean. I am quite satisfied with it, but it is a bit cold at night. The children are quite happy for a family trip. The facilities in the room are complete, and it is quite good for a family trip. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast. It would be better if the hotel provides breakfast.

My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

As a foreign traveller, I enjoyed my stay here. The staff are really helpful and it is in a quiet part of Tashkurgan. Happy to recommend.

The hotel has a caring housekeeper service. He called in advance to ask about the check-in time, helped with luggage when checking in, upgraded the room for free at the front desk, and turned on the humidifier and oxygen concentrator in the room in advance. The check-in experience was very good. The hotel has convenient parking and a good location. It is very convenient to eat and go to other attractions. The environment is also good, and the scenery from the room is very good. The hotel is pet-friendly, and the ladies at the front desk like dogs very much.

Everything needed for accommodation, the boss is fully prepared. Oxygen inhaler, heating..., you can rest well at night. Breakfast is also included to solve the problem of early morning dining. The recommended dinner Pakistani restaurant is also very delicious and cheap. The little sister at the front desk is also very kind to help solve the problem!

On the second day of my visit to Tashan County, I changed to this hotel after staying at a bad hotel the day before. , very satisfied in all aspects, very much beyond expectations! ! The facilities are all new, the room has oxygen supply and humidifier, the hot water is large and the water temperature is very warm. The most praiseworthy thing is that there are enough socket holes! This is great for people like us who have a lot of electronic devices. There are two sockets on each side of the bed, and there are sockets next to the sofa, sink, kettle, and toilet. Apart from that, the details are well considered, such as the paper towels are baby paper towels considering the dry climate. The hotel is quite clean, the bathroom and bed are very clean, and the toiletries are from Herborist which smells quite nice. The service was very good. They took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the room, explained in detail the use of the oxygen supply equipment, and gave us a dried fruit plate and a fruit plate. In the evening, they gave us two glasses of milk. When we checked out, they sent us to the parking lot and gave us a bag of fruit and mineral water as souvenirs. Thank you.

This hotel is really great, with excellent value for money. Because I was feeling uncomfortable with altitude sickness, I was upgraded to a room with oxygen. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious. It was so comfortable to wake up in the morning and eat a full meal before setting off to play. Ta County is a very quiet and comfortable town. I really like it here. Who can understand the quiet feeling of waking up in the morning? The room was clean, large and spacious, and there was a big TV that I didn't even have time to watch. The bed was also very comfortable. It was really good.
