Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. The breakfast at the 007 was delicious every morning. There were a few problems with the room key card but the staff was very diligent to resolve the issues. Overall great stay!
Breakfast is good but service is not up to the standard hence only 4 stars rating. Also the frontdesk guy who work at night shift is very rude. But Jeremiah and duty manager recrify the problem. Danish from car rental also good guy but car rental charges is ridiculously high. Better take own transport or uber.
Room is nice just some staff are not good with services. Maybe need more training especially the fat guy in front desk. Crazily rude As he thought Im Pakistani due to my features. But yet they shouldnot judge people by Face, or nationality which he did.
Pakistan now restricts Chinese people from traveling. I contacted the hotel in advance to pick up the plane, but was not informed that I needed to pay an additional 69,000 rupees for the bulletproof car. The front desk manager on the night of check-in did not apologize and ignored my complaint.
We came to attend the exhibition and booked one day in advance with Ctrip. The next few days were booked by the local exhibition organizer. However, I communicated with the front desk and was not allowed to check in, saying that there was no reservation information. I waited in the lobby until after 1 a.m., until the night manager Syed ubaid hussain shah and Slaman akbar took the initiative to help me coordinate and communicate, and finally checked in at more than 2 a.m. I am very grateful to them both.
I've been to this hotel many times, but if i can I prefer to avoid it.
Though super convenient for airport, the facility is old, the food is terrible and breakfast is so so and messy.
If they renovated the place and improved the services it would be a great place
I always book a Marriott hotel every time I go to Karachi. I want to try a different style this time. So I booked Movenpick. I found it really good. good environment. But there are too few breakfast varieties. When I went there this time, I happened to meet the Saudi royal family visiting Karachi. so lucky

The hotel is right next to the main road, easy to find, and looks quite upscale from the outside, but the facilities inside the room are quite poor (disappointing), and the lighting is not bright, which instantly drops the grade. Now the inspection is strict, and Chinese people are not allowed to leave without a bulletproof car, which is very troublesome.

GGuest UserI asked for a quiet room at the front desk, but was assigned to the third floor, which has a lot of fans behind it.

FFASHENBreakfast is not much, the front desk service is slow, checkin took 40 minutes, and then I found that there were people in the arranged room, and almost rushed in... I waited another 20 minutes to process, check in almost lost my visa, and I found it later I don’t know what kind of liquid gets wet, and the writing is blurred...The cleanliness is not bad, the shower gel is not renewed, there is a toothbrush
