Great location! very close to a big mall (SM City) which made everything very convenient. The breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve tried, and I travel internationally a lot. The bed was comfortable, which made resting easy. On the downside, the air-conditioning can be quite loud and at times disrupted my sleep. It can also get noisy on some nights due to live band performances from restaurants next to the hotel, and the ground floor can feel crowded during events. That said, the staff were amazing, very helpful with parking, and the bellboys were attentive and efficient with luggage handling. I also appreciated the 1:00 PM late check-out, which was a nice bonus.

Waited a bit during check in since my room was not ready (arrived at the hotel around 4 pm). Good thing the lobby wasn't crowded. Staff more than made up for it when I checked out. It was done in a jiffy.

We enjoyed our three night stay at the Richmonde Hotel. The staff is friendly, the location is superb, the breakfast buffet is outstanding, and the room is nice and comfortable. We will stay there again should the need arise, and have recommended the hotel to friends and family members.

Our experience at Citadines for the first time we checked in it was amazing the room was really comfortable and super clean, the food wow! My daughter tried the Filipino breakfast with danggit, and the service at the front desk was explained well and she was very generous to my husband, who liked it all staff members of the Citadines because they are approachable and helpful to their guests. For me, the rate of Citadines Bacolod is 5 stars. Well Done!

A beautiful resort right beside the crystal clear waters of white Beach. The buffet breakfast was amazing everyday and the evening buffet was beyond amazing and great value. The staff were great I would highly recommend this place !

Everything is perfect. Our room got upgraded to Pool view. Breakfast is great compare to other hotel with the same price of stay. Mabilis din shuttle service to diff locs sa hotel. Pinakamatagal na yata 2 mins. 3rd visit na sa Boracay, maganda yung private beach kasi hindi crowded at hindi din sobrang init kahit tanghaling tapat compare sa main beach, same afternoon kasi lumipat na kami sa main beach. Ganda din amenities. Nagyym din kami haha

The best hotel I've stayed in Bacolod. The price is reasonable, staffs are very polite and approachable, the location is excellent and their food and skybar is topnotch. I would definitely come back soon.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great kids’ playroom. The breakfast buffet is my favorite part ❤️ kudos to their chef! Despite all the amenities, the price is very reasonable. Excellent service, quality experience, and I love their gym too! 2nd time and wanna come back again ❤️

We love everything about this hotel. Yes, it's not beachfront, but there's a great store with European products nearby. Of course, it would be good to replace the mattresses and pillows, but those are minor details. We didn't have breakfast. There's no elevator.
