I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The amenities were also impressive — everything from the fitness center to the pool was in great condition and easy to access. The staff truly stood out; they were courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality added a warm touch to the entire stay. The only downside was the breakfast experience. While the food itself was decent, the dining area was overcrowded and very noisy, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxed meal in the morning. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent service and well-kept facilities. Just be prepared for a bustling breakfast crowd!

I recently stayed at this beachfront hotel with my children, and we had a fantastic time. The resort is very family-friendly, with multiple pools that kept my kids happily entertained throughout our stay. The beach is just steps away and absolutely beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous complimentary items provided during our stay — a lovely touch that added value and convenience. We stayed in both a Superior and a Deluxe room, and I have to say the Deluxe room is worth the upgrade: it's much more modern and the TV reception and channel options were significantly better. The Superior room, unfortunately, lacked in that area. One small issue I noticed was the kids' rate policy — currently applied to children as young as 5. I believe it would be more appropriate for kids aged 7 or 8 and above, as younger children barely consume the meals or amenities included in the rate. Also, there were no welcome drinks or snacks offered upon arrival, which would have been a nice touch. Despite those minor points, the overall experience was wonderful. Great service, relaxing atmosphere, and perfect for families. We’ll definitely be coming back next year!

I recently stayed at Henann Palm Boracay and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and everything was kept in perfect condition. The location was ideal—close to major attractions and restaurants, but still quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the on-site pool and restaurant which added to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service was always friendly and efficient. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

one of the best hotels in Boracay. Very cozy clean. The Staff are friendly. The food is okay. It's just far from the beach. No beach view but the place itself is okay. We'd love to go back to Boracay and stay in other Hennan hotels. 😃👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 The pool temperature is calming. The sheets are clean and complete toiletries. There's a lot of koi fish that my daughter enjoyed.The hotel even gave us complimentary chocolate treats that we loved. We felt the summer vibe in this hotel. Hotel was nice, a big pool in the center and another roof top pool with a Bar. right on the ocean with plenty of restaurants and bars. I am not sure what to compare it to as this was my first travel to the area the level of the rooms, and hotel was decent and good, everything was clean and enjoyable. It wasn't high end resort. Staff was super nice and friendly.

We’ve been booking this hotel ever since and my kids love this hotel. However, this time around we had a terrible experience upon checking in. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) but my eldest is already considered an adult because of his age which is understandable to any hotel policy. We booked a premium deluxe room which is the biggest in this hotel with 1 double bed and 1 single (same as what we’d booked before). What we don’t like is what happened with us upon checking in, they said my son is considered an adult they insisted on us getting another room which is unreasonable for us since hello??! A 10 year old kid will stay by himself in the room OR separate us family??! The room we booked can occupy 3 ADULTS to technically speaking this should be allowed. We also informed that we are WILLING TO PAY EXTRA for our 2 kids - and by the way they have an option for this; a rate for extra kid/child. Still they insisted on the another room. We had to wait for hours to confirm if what we want can happen. The manager (name:Charizze) is not willing to meet us half way. In the end we paid for 3 ADDITIONAL ADULTS!! Talk about a ripped off when it should just be 2 extra kids. Also our request for airpot transfer upon arrival was denied due to the same reason of not getting another room. Really terrible customer service (reservations supervisor: Bea Race) This will be our last stay in Hennan Prime. Sad to say they have a TERRIBLE FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICES. Hennan you need to train your managers well.

A great hotel definitely. But there some room for improvement. Room with mosquitoes is definitely great to welcome guests. We requested the following day to have it resolved, they put 2 plug-in mosquito repellants on our room which solved the problem.  Breakfast buffet need some improvement as well.  Swimming pool is excellent and lastly, staff service and friendliness is what made our trip memorable. The location is perfect since its just 5minutes walk from the beach. The staff was approachable, and would immediate assist us if we need something. The room was okay since the room we booked was not the room given to us (didn’t know na pag standard room my dlawang type which they did not disclose sa app na to). One thing i didn’t like was when we’re about to check out naghahanap sila ng umbrella samin which we know for sure na wala kameng nkita sa room na even our friends wala din napansin. The front desk insisted na meron daw tlga as per the house keeper. I told her to check our belongings or cctv para mkita na wala kme nabitbit but did not check any just for our assurance also. Just paid for it para dina tumagal

Our trip started with a little hiccup cuz the transfer booked with them wasn't there after we came out of Caticlan airport. Later, on our way we understood , why it got late, it was 24th December and there was traffic . after that rest of the trip was quick. Room was big and beds queen sized which is ideal for family with kids . there is a microwave in the room. Wash basin is outside the bathroom . AC is centralized so slept well . During breakfast on 25th Dec l think due to staffing issues( which is understandable ) , there were some lapses but Ms Danika and Kuya JL did a wonderful job to keep the show running with a smile on their faces. So many eating joints and bars just outside the hotel . Check out was smooth and quick .

The location is great and staff is so accommodating. But i have some area of concern and that is the service. I talk to front office regarding special set up for our 1st wedding anniversary for dinner buffet . The staff inform me to approach the la fiesta staff for some set up, i proceed to the restaurant and inform them if they can set up some cake for our dinner and i receive a positive feedback. I book at 7 pm but we enter the resto ahead of time cause i want my wife to spent our special dinner date with the kids, while we are eating i am expecting that they will also accommodate my request due to many special celebration was happening already in the premises. I waited more than 1 hr hoping that we will also accommodate our request but sadly no one approach us. But i am thankful for jenny for keeping our room clean and provide our request, hope we will back again soon
