Friendly staff. Reasonable rates for a four-star hotel the best part of staying in that hotel was the 24 hour Cebu spa. Enjoyed the lounge downstairs that we could order and have drinks as well as listen to talented Filipinos; the pool bar and the coffee bar across the street were super. However, the buffet breakfast can be improved. Some of us do not eat pork and it appears there was just too many pork dishes.  For the remaining of our stay, we went across the street to the coffee house for breakfast. We had dinner at the steakhouse which had excellent service. However, the steak was thin and overpriced. I guess we’re so used to having USDA beef.

The hotel is getting a bit old and tired but on the whole it was a pleasant stay and at a good price. The room is nice and spacious. The hotel is running on skeleton staff so the serice could have been better but everyone was very polite and obliging. Tamiya shopping centre is a 10 minute walk and has a great selection of shops and food options,

My advice, do not stay here in July. The hotel allows the nearby teenage english students to stay, and they cause a lot of chaos and are unsupervised most of the time. (I am a teacher, little discipline) Unfortunately, this makes it feel more like a youth hostel, than a hotel. Second, is the noise, lots of construction work up until 10pm and some all night long, lucky the room's AC is so loud but without it you can't sleep. Third, be prepared for every single time you walk down into the lobby, sales people will pounce on you trying to sell condos. There should be no sales people within the hotel at all! The pool and beach are amazing and the customer service is very good, but not as good as Boracay. But, at times the atmosphere is rowdy and not peaceful. Lastly, the stock of the pool bar and beach bar is pretty poor, never has what you actually want, and it is overpriced. (food and drink) Would I stay again? No. Is it value for money? I guess so. I would pay a bit more to stay in a better resort closer to the beach.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were quite spacious and immaculately clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. However, there were a few areas that I felt could use improvement. The breakfast, for instance, was a bit underwhelming. While it was decent, there wasn’t much variety in the selection. It would have been nice to see a wider range of dishes to cater to different tastes and preferences. Another thing worth mentioning is the pool. Although it was a nice feature to have, it was smaller than expected. Additionally, during the day it was too hot to comfortably enjoy a swim, as there wasn’t much shade or cooling features around the area. A few enhancements here and there could definitely make the experience more enjoyable for guests. Overall, it’s a good hotel with strong points in cleanliness, space, and service, but with some room for improvement when it comes to amenities and breakfast options.

The resort is very good overall. However there's a few niggles. Check in took way too long. 2 people serving? When you have a long queue in the heat of the lobby this isn't a great first impression. The lobby on arrival was so busy. When I've checked into other hotels I've usually been impressed with the smoothness of check in. This wasn't a pleasant experience or environment especially if you're traveling with children. We couldn't get a massage. We wanted to confirm the time the next day and they wouldn't give us this option.? The lift? One lift in the main area? For a resort this big and expensive they should have more lifts The stairs at the pool are stony. This will really hurt your feet when you're not expecting it The breakfast is good for Filipinos however for Westerners like myself there should be more choice. Not just bread and egg. The beach is small. You get hassled by people trying to sell you stuff. Protect your belongings. Doesn't feel safe, look out for algae in the water. Not pleasant to swim through. The resort restaurants are very expensive. The lobby isn't air conditioned? Why not make it a pleasure to be in the lobby and serve coffee to guests? Not everyone wants ice tea. We were told to pay 6000php on arrival which luckily we had but we didn't know about this deposit for incidentals ahead of time. The positives are. They gave us umbrellas when we walked outside for the shade. The shower in our room was excellent. The warm water in the pool. And swimming till late is lovely. The staff are very good and attentive and professional. They served us with care and attention and nothing was too much trouble. I got looked after by the nurse at 10pm.

Perfect location. In the middle of cebu city. Accessible to Jeeps and Taxi. Jolibee and 7-11 and you can even walk Ayala Terraces if you wear good rubber shoes and its afternoon around 4pm plus or early morning. Stayed here coz we have a running event in Cebu Business Park the next day and it was so convenient. there's a cute cool breakfast place nearby that we havent got to try. There's a lunch or dinner place too nearby.

I'm in love with this resort. Really had a wonderful experience. 5 stars for the customer service of the staff, also the interior design and the amenities. Additional since my deluxe room was not yet ready the receptionist upgraded my room, I'm super thankful! They exceeded my expectations. Some hotels would let you wait more than hours and no compensation on the long wait. Kudos to the team! Oh I almost forgot to mention they have Free shuttle service if you want to explore the place near Alona beach.

We had an awesome stay with the hotel. My kids enjoyed the water park! We also got a free room upgrade which is awesome!
