The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the towels were changed. The bed was comfortable. The shower jet was fine and there was warm water as it should. You had to walk about 1.5 km to get to the center, which I think is fine. The price-performance ratio was fine. Unfortunately, breakfast was not offered. I had a room on the ground floor. The room was very thinly soundproof and you could hear every step from outside. The window faced the hallway, so there was no daylight and the air was musty. There was no extractor in the bathroom. An air conditioner or fan would not have been bad.

Todo muy bien con la habitación, ojo que al ser en interior sólo hay una ventana por la cuál llega un poco de luz de sol; si es un problema para ti mejor reserva una de exterior. Para mí no lo fue ya que estuve fuera todo el día, cuando regresaba ya había oscurecido. La localización es excelente, a sólo unos pasos de centro de convenciones,. Sólo tengo un par de observaciones: - Con el servicio de camarista: el primer día dejé el corbatín de ”no molestar” para que no pasaran a limpiar mientras iba a desayunar, ya que iba a regresar para arreglarme para luego salir; entonce dejé el corbatín para que ya pudieran entrar; el detalle es que no volvieron a dejarlo en la habitación; y el segundo día que cambiaron las toallas no me dejaron una para secarme las manos, sólo dejaron toallas de baño - El desayuno del sábado tomó mucho tiempo para que me atendieran, no sé si era por el hecho de que era desayuno pagado del hotel o porque tenían 2 reuniones y poca gente, pero sí fue algo molesto

📍The location is really good, you’re btwn Angelopolis and Juan Pablo II 👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card 🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable  🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet  🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

Está cerca del zócalo y sus alrededores como la calle de los dulces. Incluye estacionamiento.  El personal es muy amable, tanto el valet parking, como los del restaurante y la recepcionista.  Nos encantó que el sanitario estuviera separado de la ducha, que las camas fueran queen, que las instalaciones estuvieran muy limpias y en excelentes condiciones; que el aire acondicionado fuera silencioso y la regadera tuviera buena presión y sin problema con la temperatura del agua.  El único inconveniente, es que pasan vehículos públicos (rutas y camiones) y en ocasiones hacen mucho ruido.  El desayuno es suficiente y tiene buenas opciones.  Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The only exception is the service at breakfast was not very good and the other reviews that said there was unlimited free hot chocolate and beverages is not true. The hotel has no onsite laundry which is disappointing and we had to change rooms because on the weekends there is a night club that is so loud that it can disturb your sleep all night long.

The person who was outside only told me where the reception was - which was closed - but with both hands occupied by the suitcases, it is difficult to open it (since it has a knob) and they do not help you open it despite seeing that you have your hands busy, I considered it a minus point to the hospitality. It would be nice if there was a plaque explaining what the hotel was previously. What is that chimney and what was it used for, etc., as well as they have signs of what the fauna is called. Thank you.

From the colorful woven tapestries hanging in the lobby, to the geometric-patterned clay ornaments in the guest rooms, to the carefully arranged cactus and Jiuzhongge in the courtyard, every detail conveys a unique cultural charm. Whether it is a spacious and comfortable room or a fully functional leisure area, it makes people feel the hotel's design intentions, which is highly recommended. Breakfast is a highlight of this hotel, quite outstanding. The restaurant is filled with the aroma of fresh tortillas, and the buffet table is filled with authentic Mexican cuisine: golden and crisp tacos, dense black bean paste, salsa sauce with fresh avocado, and sweet hot chocolate. I personally like Mexican cuisine, where I can not only taste classic dishes, but also feel the freshness of the ingredients and the ingenuity of the chef. That is why I think if I go to that city next time, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again without hesitation and continue to enjoy this unique Mexican style and intimate service.

VVillitaSince checking in …a complete nightmare, I did my reservation and prepaid online with Trip and I was told by the hotel staff that they had no record of the payment and they wouldn’t allow me in, until i called trip and after 1 hour they allowed me in. I also wanted to order room service, there were no menus and their “online service” was not working… the rooms are a bit old and their ac wasn’t working either surprise surprise… There’s plenty of options in Puebla … don’t bother staying here it’s very overrated….
