My stay here was average and a bit disappointing There was a constant leak somewhere in the bathroom which kept the floor wet The breakfast was okay, there was a good variety to choose from

There are many things I want to mention about this hotel, regarding the duvet in our room that had holes and was dirty. But I understand that it was a very busy day for them, seen when we checked in which took time, and many people were waiting in the lobby. The restaurant has a small capacity, making me have to wait because it was crowded and their team was doing a clear up. And I'm sorry, the room was dirty, flies everywhere... It doesn't have AYS service, so if you need something you have to call different phone numbers (confusing). Ok then,. I have no choice,. Even though everything went smoothly. But thank you. At least the receptionist service is still quite good. Especially Adel. Thank you so much,.

Overall is good. Good location, breakfast and good service as well.

Room that we always remember! River view with high floor that we want.. bonus, our rooms is right in front of the lift Child pool and breakfast are yeay! :)

Locationwise near the biggest mall in samarinda. Pillow cover is kind of old and needs to be replaced and clean properly. Overall amenities was satisfying enough.

Really nice stay. Hotel is very peaceful and service is great. The room was a bit old, a lot of marks on the walls and sheets. For the standing/price, it deserves to be refreshed. But overall very pleasant.

Nice Hotel in buzzing Berau. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfy.

Very cozy place to stay at, there is a mall below, hotel has all the facilities you need. Room is very nice and comfortable, there is a sofa bed in the room for extra bed

There are a lot of ants in the hotel, and there are coffee residues on the coffee spoons in the hotel bar. It is obvious that the staff is lazy and did not replace them. Other services are very good.
