Very friendly! We arrived in the morning and had not had time to check in. The buffet was almost over, so we went to eat the buffet first. The service attitude was also very good. The location was also good. It was just under renovation, the whole corridor had a smell, and the facilities in the room were also very old. In summary, the software was very good, and the hardware was average.

The location of the hotel is very good, simple, clean and affordable. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic. The next day I set up the itinerary to go to Rainbow Mountain. I said that I would look for a tour guide when I arrived. The front desk helped me make an appointment by phone in advance. The price is indeed more expensive than the actual

The hotel is fabulous, very nice, very nice room, and the spacious bathroom, was what I like most, and take room service, was very quick and quick. All right, I recommend this hotel.

Especially recommended, good service, clean room

This is a concept Chic Hotel. I absolutely adore the design. I love the architecture I love the art. Breakfast was superb and quite eclectic. The hotel does have some snafus because it was newly built. The electricity went out once it was restored within 2 minutes but it brought the elevators down for about 20 minutes. If I would have had to go to the airport I would have been a problem. Also there is some slight air in the pipes so when you turn on the bathroom sink it makes a slight shaking noise which freaked me out a bit. I would unquestionably stay here again the swimming pool on the 13th floor is breathtaking but could be at the punch deeper and closes at 7:00 p.m. should close at 9:00 p.m. and they need a bar up there. I would say this is my favorite Hotel of the trip so far. I usually stay at the Sheraton but this hotel is so swanky and so Chic and close to great restaurants. I would also say that they should think about hiring a concierge because the stuff doesn't know very much about the local food scene probably because it's quite pricey.

Stayed here many times, close to the business district, restaurants, the beach, etc. The staff is also very nice 👍🏻 The breakfast is rich, and I like cassava the most. I order an omelette every breakfast.

The hotel is good, the service is good after some complaints as they put us in a room that is that half B1 level with no view and a small window first

Excellent service by staff, the location is excellent to make family tourism and very affordable rates; I suggest invest in renovating the facilities and my only complaint was the supply of hot water that sometimes caused problems frequently.
