New modern hotel, very clean, everything sparkles, they clean every day. The room has a kettle, tea, cups and an iron with a board. Comfortable beds, SmartTV. The location is quite convenient, on the edge of the city center, right next to Kond. Nearby is a 24-hour City store. There are many cafes in the city, a 5-minute walk from the restaurant street Saryan. I didn't like that the reservation indicated a room ”Superior with a balcony and a king-size bed”, they put me in a regular one without a balcony and 2 pushed together beds without any comments. In my wishes, I asked for a high floor (the hotel has 6 floors), they put me on the 3rd. I asked for a higher floor - they answered that you have a good view from the window (apparently, this was sarcasm), opposite the window there is a house). Of course, they were not obliged, but I don't think it was not possible, the aftertaste remained.

The buffet breakfast is good. Varieties of food are served and everyday the main dish is different. The room is always clean with daily supply of water and toiletries. Location is nice and quiet also. The only problem I experienced is wifi connection. No connection at all in my room (318), though I didn’t request for a room transfer.

Old school hotel. Good service and location. Gym very basic and Need to book sauna an hour in advance.

Great location just off north avenue.. A customer oriented team who agreed to give me the room early cuz simply it was available rather than asking for early check in money Small room of course but clean and adequate.. Didn't try breakfast but I tried their Terrace cafe and it was great..and it's 10% cheaper than North avenue hotel which is 20 meters away

Good hotel, good value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with daily variations. Location is nice and close to the city centre.

The hotel breakfast is quite rich, the doorman is very friendly. The swimming pool is nice. But the gym has few equipment. The location is OK, it takes about ten minutes to walk to the Grand Staircase and Republic Square. There is a small supermarket downstairs.

We were with our family, not the first time we book chain hotels through a booking service, we stated that our child is 10 years old, the service set a price, but the hotel asked us to pay extra for a folding bed for the child, the first time we encountered this, if we book a room for three, then not a single hotel assumes that a 10-year-old child 150 cm tall will sleep with us in the same bed, and there were no such problems in Turkey, Dubai, Egypt or Russia. The rooms are dusty, old carpet, bed linen is half white, half yellow, either from old age, or something happened to it. There was a long check-in, about 25 minutes, they said something about reserved rooms, although there are a lot of them on Booking, we spent a long time looking for a room, when you get off the plane it is really exhausting. Everything is delicious in the cafe except the steak, I didn’t like it, it turned out to be rubbery. One of the most wonderful hotels in Yerevan in terms of location, high-end service, room size and service. Its location is close to all the important things in the center of the capital.
