Overall, the experience was good. However, I found the family rooms very small and not much space to move. The bathroom was beautiful however, I would expected things like shower cos, seeing kit, etc but there was nothing. Facilities at hotel were good, however there was no parking and the nearby parking was very expensive. With regards to comfort, the beds were comfortable but the pillows were very uncomfortable. There was also no fridge in the room. I had previously stayed at a double tree Hilton Hilton and expected more from Hilton. In my opinion, Double tree Hilton is much better.

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, about 15 min walk . The facilities in the hotel are good. I like the kitchen in the room and I can make my meals during the holidays. It's really amazing.The staff members are really friendly and responsive.The breakfast was really good too. Highly recommended to people who are going to Cardiff.

Our room was very quiet, and the bed was quite spacious. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The location is excellent – it's very close to the train station, just a short walk away. You'll find a wide selection of restaurants right next door, and a lively pedestrian street is also just a short distance away. Plus, it's conveniently located near many tourist attractions. Overall, extremely convenient!

This hotel is in a great location! Although the room is small, the price/performance ratio is very good! Especially the breakfast is very good. If you are not very picky, this hotel is still worth recommending!

It was a pleasant stay there with convenient locations to sight seeing and logistics arrangements. There is no doubt to introduce my friends to stay a few days vacation.

We were allocated a silent room. It was good with good bathroom and shower. Unfortunately there was yoghurt and strawberries left in a bowl in the fridge by previous person. Also clothes left in the wardrobe. This was remedied but obviously not too pleasant a start. No water in the room. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and staff were very professional and friendly. Would return.

I have a really mixed feeling about this hotel. I booked the superior room with tree lined view and asked for a quiet room: the receptionist gave me an extremely cold and noisy room right next to the motorway and above some nightclubs. My watch has identified the noise level is over the normal limit. I couldn’t fall asleep due to the loud noise even at midnight. I called the receptionist to change a room. Unfortunately, they first gave me a standard room that the heating system was not working and much smaller than I have paid for. The two maintenance officers who came to check the heating system are very helpful and suggested to change to another room. Only by then, I was able to change to another room that matched the similar sized of a superior room, but without tree lined view. I must say that all the receptionists were friendly and polite but behind their friendliness, they are not really helpful at all. I had my dinner, a sea bass meal, at the restaurant - see the photo. The dinner and the service was both outstanding. The kettle in the room was not very clean; it could easily be cleaned by using small spray to remove the calcium. The gym and swimming pool are excellent. If you are not used to live in really loud room, please double check with the receptionists. It is also not worth to pay an extra 10 pounds per night to get a so called tree lined room with extreme loud noise. I also wonder the reason for the hotel to give customers rooms that the heating system are not working. It would helpful to check before they allocate room to customers. It would also helpful that the hotel ensure that the room has reasonable temperature before admitting guests, esp on a very cold winter night. Overall, this is not a very good experience. I was not able to sleep for a whole night. I paid extra in the hope of getting a better and quiet room but ended up with one of the worst room without getting any compensation.

I stayed here for one night for a brief business trip to Cardiff. Its location is amazing right next to the main train station.  this made it very very convenient to travel in from London and check in within minutes. The room was comfortable and the shower and bathroom were great. The breakfast was also quite impressive considering the hotel isn’t very expensive.

My family and I enjoy facilities in Hotel, especially indoor swimming pool with sauna 👍, restaurant is really nice environment and good food. The band of shower gel, shampoo and hand washing is very nice, the smell is good 💖 But unfortunately, our room air conditioner out of control, we only use fans in our hotel room 🤯 I can’t expect in our trip😅 Although our bathroom has a tub, it hasn’t stopper. I want to reception ask for it , staff told me arrange a maintenance visit next day, no show. I think it just sometime happens, the hotel is nice and location is good too.
