"Room is generally clean and tidy upon check in. Very minor slip-ups that I didn't notice until hours later. Very good amenities provided, like shaving kit, body gel, weighing scales. Housekeeping didn't come during my stay, but that's OK as I appreciate privacy and only staying 2 nights. Breakfast has a decent range of Arabic (foul) and Western choices. Coffee is good. Special thanks to Hamad who recommended a guide to Al Wabah Crater at short notice, and provided a seamless check-in experience. A minor gripe is I had bad luck at ordering room service, no luck with Saudi Champagne and strawberry juice. The room service prices were very reasonable though."
