The location is very good, close to several major attractions. And the scenery of the hotel lobby is very good. Facing the ancient city directly. The night view is amazing. The restaurant is also very good and the price is not expensive.

Service is good, breakfast is good, room facilities are little old. Recommend for short stay!

It is the best-located hotel to walk to the Brgos Cathedral and city centre attractions. It has a luxurious atmosphere and is a clean hotel. You have to pay for parking, but you can find free parking around the hotel. But need to check with the hotel.

The hotel is located in the old town of Segovia. It is in a good location. It takes about 7-8 minutes to walk to the cathedral, 7-8 minutes to the trough, and about 10 minutes to walk to the castle. It is quite convenient to have an underground garage.

Everything is very good, the location is excellent in the old city, the breakfast is rich, the service staff is warm, and the English communication can be communicated. The wireless network signal is too weak and basically cannot be connected.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous bath, the staff (especially Sergio) were lovely and accommodating. When we arrived we had two single beds instead of a double, but they kindly remade it into a double for us immediately. The view out the window was also beautiful and the location was perfect, quiet but close to everything. Will be recommending to friends.  The only negative was the breakfast, quite expensive for what you get. For ordering you can basically only get eggs. Great if you love eggs but not so much if you don’t 😂 but still lovely.

An excellent experience travelling with a dog. She had a bed, bowls and treats. Dinner was excellent and the best breakfast spread I’ve ever had. A really great hotel centrally located near Cathedral and shops. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean. Clean room, food There is a lot of breakfast to choose from. Everything is very comfortable. The staff is also good service.
