After explicitly asking for a wedding bed, they delivered a room with twin beds. The breakfast was OK, 2.6 it wasn't bad, but it wasn't good or excellent either (something you expect from a 4* hotel) although it had variety. Despite not having eaten at the hotel restaurant, the experience was not the best. After my wife and I sat down at the table (affordably priced and expected to be a hotel restaurant) the waitress took 3 dishes to the other tables. as the 3 dishes returned to the kitchen. After seeing the constant mistakes made by the kitchen, I didn't have the courage or confidence to order anything from the menu. As for the Spa: a very high price for a 1H:15M tour. Better to include it in the hotel night package. Apart from the price, the conditions and condition of the space were fine, only the Turkish bath must have had some kind of fault, because the temperature was quite lower than it should have been (around 47ºC). Would you come back? Yes, I think it wasn't the best time due to the receptions and graduation events that were at the hotel, imagine that the workers were trying their best to try to please everyone who was staying or spending time with their family. Furthermore, it is in a quiet place and just a few minutes from Salamanca. Next to the Hotel there is a park close to the Tormes River, which unfortunately due to the bad weather we were unable to enjoy.

El Parador es una estructura hotelera de primer nivel con una situación excelente. Pero al no tener nada mas que personal de admisión, se echa de menos unos carritos para trasporte de equipaje, dadas las distancias a las habitaciones existentes. Se echa de menos la existencia de un punto informatizado con al menos dos ordenadores conectados a internet que puedan cubrir las incidencias de trabajo o comunicación que pueda tener algún huésped. La cafeteria tiene mucho que mejorar en rapidez de atención, temperatura y ejecución de los platos. los sándwiches con un contenido correcto llegan fríos y con el pan a medio tostar. Es fácil de resolver. Y hay que poner una TV actualizada y de gran tamaño y calidad de sonido, la mayoría de las veces que se llena la cafeteria coincide con la retrasmisión de un evento deportivo y ya no se puede ver en una TV como la actual. No es de recibo que no se pueda pagar una factura del Bar mediante la utilización de las diferentes tarjetas de los clientes con las cantidades fraccionadas que decidan. Es una facilidad para pago compartido que ya es practica habitual en cualquier establecimiento.

Quite old hotel repair, classic Marriott. The shoes are not issued for some reason. Good cosmetics, there is a free parking for the car, to the center on foot 25 minutes. Good breakfast, diverse.

Hotel tranquil, 5 minutes by car from Espinar.. Good location to make excursions around the city. You have a space outside to park, but you also have closed parking. It misses the one who doesn't have a coffee shop but is supplied with a coffee machine and drink. The room is comfortable except that it could have more opaque gardens that don't let the light in the morning.

El lugar es mágnifico el hotel y sus alrededores impresionante, tienen una oferta de actividades muy variada e interesante. En cuanto al interior del hotel necesitaría una actualización a sus cuatro estrella. La habitación muy grande pero con muebles anticuados, la cama de pena para la calidad. En cuanto al circuito del spa, las dimensiones pequeñas para la los usurarios que la utilizamos un mal mantenimiento de los servicios que dispensa, como pueden ser unas 6 tumbunas para una 20 personas, los refrigerios que ofrecian estaban inoperativos, solo había a disposición un dispensador de agua. En general mi valoración es pesima, ya que fuímos a pasar un día de relax y volvimos con una sesión pesima de spa y con un mal dormir por lo incomodo de la doble cama, a se me olvidada podían mejorar la limpieza de la habitación.

Excellent value for money. Located on the outskirts of Salamanca, in Santa Marta de Tormes, about 10 minutes' drive from the university campus, and about 8 kilometers of urban roads. This is a fairly large hotel complex; there is also a campsite with the same property in the complex, and they share some services, such as tennis courts, gardens and swimming pools. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. There is no parking problem. Good price.

The room does not correspond to the one we had booked, and they did not give us what we asked for. I always ask for a high and good room, and they did not exactly comply, but quite the opposite. The receptionist was quite dry and boring. We did not have a timetable to reserve the spa, and even though the spa was broken, they were unable to offer us compensation, neither financial nor in services. They had a restaurant and massages, for example, to compensate us. However, Trip's treatment has left us with a good taste in our mouths due to their involvement in giving us compensation. In fact, we have repeated with them. We paid for a superior room and they gave us the normal double with views of a roof.

The hotel and the great breakfast is 15-20 minutes from the center but you are thankful for the mini-pass
