It was clean and friendly and without any disadvantages :) Close to the beach and close to restaurants, marts and souvenir shops. You can enjoy the facilities of the Nelia Hotel nearby, so you can enjoy the gym and I used the lunch buffet and was satisfied.

We had a great stay. The newly refurbished pool area looked great,will be trying it on our next stay. The traditional Cypriot coffee shop is our favourite,the staff are great. Breakfast was great,a good choice. All areas are very clean and all the garden areas are well looked after. Will be going back in June.

It was somewhat disappointing, because from a four-star hotel I would expect a little more. They have everything needed, but their idea of a double bed is to push two beds together. If there is already a kettle in the room, it would be nice to have some tea or instant coffee provided. The breakfast is decent, and the dinner is nothing extraordinary. It was edible, but I wouldn't say it was truly good.

Beautiful, small hotel next to Karpaz Marina. Spacious rooms with sea-inspired decor and furniture. Nop-notch cleanliness. Free access to hammam, saunas, pool and gym. A'la carte breakfast is huge and tasty, but fresh juice and coffees as payable extra. Can definitely recommend garden view rooms, ideally on top floor.

GGuest UserI had high expectations from this hotel and honestly I was a bit disappointed. We only had breakfast package, but food was not varied at all, every morning same things, very little fruit selection. I have stayed on a 4 star hotel prior to this and the food was much better and lots of fruits. Entertainment very poor, even mini disco for kids a big dissappoiment, the music selection very tasteless for kids (club music). Cleaning in the room during the day was very briefly ( not what you expect from a 5 star hotel). Not much space to dry of clothes and towels on the balcony. The things I liked in this hotel was the room design and pool area. Also the fact that we were so close to Nissi beach.

GGuest User⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – An Amazing Stay at Oasis Sunrise We’ve just had the most incredible stay at Oasis Sunrise. Every single staff member has been amazing so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our holiday special. From the restaurant team constantly keeping everything spotless and clearing plates so efficiently, to the entertainment and bar staff who truly made the experience unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for more. The food has been some of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and consistently high quality. As well as great food at the hotel they also give you the option to dine out of the hotel twice during our 5 night stay at a choice of 4 different restaurants on the strip which was about a 5 minute walk, we visited the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and the Marcello’s Italian restaurant and the food at both these restaurants were really high quality and again the staff were lovely Although every staff member we met was wonderful, we’d love to give a special mention to a few who really stood out: • Nisan and Roy at the main bar – always so welcoming, attentive, and full of energy. • Raj at the pool bar – brilliant service and such a friendly presence. • Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids’ disco. • Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced. • Tracy at reception – always cheerful, helpful, and happy to assist with anything. The whole team at Oasis Sunrise made our holiday one to remember. We can’t thank them enough and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic, welcoming, and fun-filled stay.

AAlenaWe would like to come again. Cozy family hotel, good for calm weekends, but not for young companies. Pluses: the room was ready before the check in and they noticed one of us have a Birthday so they gave fruits and bottle of wine as a compliment, wifi as well. The room was nice and clean. We had amazing view. Enough differences kind of food at the restaurant, even breakfast so many options to eat. Generally every meal was great, at the dinner they have a seafood as well. Indian personal sometimes don’t understand if they mention rude jokes and then expect good conversation with them. But after some jokes I lost any motivation to speak with them generally. Unfortunately there is no toilet in pool area and you have to use one near reception, this is uncomfortable and you have to wait till you get dry. The drinks 50/50, beer is good, wine we didn’t like.Also there is no bottles of water, so you always have to ask a glass of water at the bar. Pool is super big this is really cool because everyone have enough space for games and chill.

There’s a shuttle that can give you a ride to the nearest one but unfortunately was out of service during my stay - I do recommend Konnos and Fig Tree beaches that are slightly farther. The spa services (e.g. massage, exfoliation & hydration, etc.) were very underwhelming and not worth the price. The bathroom had the previous guest’s hair strands on the shower’s wall and mold in the tile’s crevices - a person was sent to “clean up” after a call to the reception. On the other hand, breakfast was great and inclusive. Pool was nice and the bar was right next to it with drinks and quick snacks (e.g. salads, club sandwiches, wraps, etc). Parking was also accessible and easy.  Overall, the stay was good but the cleanliness and spa services should really be focused on by the facility.

GGuest UserWhere our room was situated meant that we had the very loud sounds of the bars along the strip every night. Most of the bars were karaoke or tribute acts with customers singing along so even with the balcony door shut you could hear it as if you were there!! I personally didn’t like the sun beds being on the grass, get messy feet and sun beds. Because of people going in and out of the pool, you start getting muddy patches. The sun shades are not movable and the sun beds are quite packed in so not much room to move your sun bed into the shade. Food was great. Bar staff very friendly. Lifts are far too small for such a big hotel so you are waiting ages for a lift. We ended up on the beach most days, nice clean beach.  Cheap to get sun beds  for the day.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Near Protaras and its beaches (where you can walk) but where you avoid crowds! Far from the mass complexes. Crying in front of the hotel where you can bath. The hotel is a walking walk. Free parking of the hotel. Mini-fridge in the room full of drink (free) when you arrive (filled only once during the entire stay). 2 small bottles of water per day are deposited in the room and 2 small chocolates at the end of the day (which is worthwhile). Ferro and plate free of charge. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. No French TV channel but the possibility to connect its Netflix account on TV. A 15min car near Cap Greco. Very beautiful decoration. I had the chance to be overclassified with views on the pool. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. 2 employees speak French (which helps). The hotel will provide (/lend ) one for your stay. Play mattresses assigned to your arrival according to your convenience (you can change them), avoiding the need to book transactions. I really enjoyed the calm of the hotel. We feel good. I would come back with pleasure and I recommend without hesitate.

GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Ayia Napa. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day out. The location was ideal – close enough to the main square and the Strip to walk there easily, but far enough away that it was quiet at night and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. The only downside was the air conditioning. The hotel had set a minimum temperature that couldn’t be lowered, so the room never got as cool as I would have liked, especially during the warmer nights. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient yet peaceful location.
