Overall, I liked the hotel. However, it definitely needs a renovation or at least a deep clean, especially the bathroom. The biggest issue was that the shower drain was completely blocked; the water would just stand and overflow. Standing in water while showering was very unpleasant. The rooms are small, and it felt cramped for two people. We had a tiny window looking out onto a wall, but it didn't bother us much since we only came back to sleep. The location is excellent, and that's the hotel's main advantage. The staff are responsive. Breakfasts are modest, but what was actually edible included boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, and two types of cheese. That was enough for us.

Absolutely incredible stay at Marriott Executive! After a disappointing experience elsewhere, this place felt like pure comfort and luxury. Everything here is spotless — daily housekeeping keeps the apartment perfectly clean, and the staff are kind and professional. The spa is amazing: spacious sauna, modern hammam, and a clean, well‑maintained pool. There’s also convenient underground parking, which is a great bonus. In the morning, guests are greeted with a lovely welcome breakfast — delicious, varied, and served with great hospitality. The apartment itself is fully equipped for a long stay: dishwasher, washing and drying machines, coffee maker, iron — everything you might need for true comfort. Overall, it’s a perfect place for both business and leisure travelers who value cleanliness, convenience, and high‑class service. Amazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant. Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!

Clean quite room, comfortable bed but bathroom dated need to renovation and to my surprise there were no toiletries in the bathroom :( Well delicious open buffet breakfast. And finally helpful and friendly staff.

The service is excellent. Close to the airport. The rooms are clean. Convenient location. Taxi service, bus and tram stops nearby.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel. As always, the service is excellent. I asked to choose a room, went and looked and chose the one I liked the most. Everything is cleaned clean in the morning, they bring water. The view is very beautiful. I liked the breakfasts. The dinners have become worse, the choice is smaller and rather meager for this category of hotel. I really liked the Spa, the staff, especially the non-Russian speakers, are very friendly (the Kazakh girl communicates impudently, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste). It is also nice to lie down near the pool. There is a comfortable sun lounger on the balcony. And this time there were new soft large robes. For some reason there was no shower cap and toothbrush with toothpaste, it is unclear sometimes there is, sometimes not. It was very nice to receive a compliment from the hotel - a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine. Thank you very much, I will definitely come back. It is nice that the staff responds very quickly to requests. Many Russian speakers.

If you are staying in old town . I definitely recommend this hotel for you. Very vintage rooms. They also provided good breakfast.

Three of us stayed at the Retro Star Hotel with a child before our vacation in Alanya. We decided to see the sights. We really liked it. The hotel is cozy and clean. Small clean kitchen: microwave, extractor hood, electric stove, refrigerator, dishes - saucepan, frying pan, cups, plates, detergent with a sponge. The air conditioner works, shower with hot water. They bring water - 1.5 liters and 2 small bottles. Towels were changed every day. For the child in the room there is a fold-out sofa, where one person will fit. The staff is friendly and ready to help. We got from the airport by car, we found the way right away. We rented a car, it was parked near the hotel. From the beach of Konyaalti 100 meters. Nearby there are excellent snack bars, doners, we went to Tavuk, a small Karefur store is nearby. Exchange offices are profitable in another area of ​​​​Antalya. There are few in this area. Someone wrote that the ”live music” from the neighboring bar was disturbing, but it was not critical for us: we closed the windows and turned on the air conditioner. Indeed, until 11 p.m. the musicians from this bar try to shout their songs to the outskirts of Antalya. This problem is relevant for all the surrounding hotels!

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.
