Great hotel! Modern, clean and fresh! The staff was amazing even if we sometimes struggled to communicate. They were always accommodating and helpful. The Chinese breakfast buffet had a lot of tasty options and even offered fried eggs and toast. I really enjoyed the fried pork dumplings and fried noodles! We will visit again!

The room was very satisfactory. We came here to party and play in the hall. The bottom was very wide. There was a 1.8-meter bed upstairs. The separate toilet was dripping. The traffic was really convenient and it was very comfortable. satisfaction.

Simply phenomenal! An observatory and a 5 star suite rolled into one, not a detail was off. The website doesn’t do the rooms justice, they’re good sized and very tastefully decorated (the flowers in the office and the apples by the window were a nice touch). Views are surreal (this is the world’s highest hotel after all), you sit in your king bed or detached bathtub looking down on skyscrapers, higher off the ground than most observation decks. Service was also top notch, got my request for a room on a high floor (104th story, about eye level with the Canton Tower deck) and the ground floor staff were gracious enough to help me send a postcard. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Zhujiang station, and can be reached within 2-3hrs from HK West Kowloon, depending on immigration and train services. Overall a great stay, will return again!

The hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims. The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country. Overall experience was quite good.

Perfect location, just that for the foreign tourist do not have China phone is difficult to contact and know which floor (18th floor after get to know from the guard) to go for check-in. Lift waiting is quite long.

1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service. 2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer. A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........ 3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests. 4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good. 5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food..... 6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

This is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.
