The hotel enjoys an exceptional location very close to Guangzhou East Railway Station, just a short walk away, making getting around and commuting super convenient. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, handling both check-in and check-out swiftly and efficiently for a wonderful experience. The dining options were exceptionally thoughtful; not only was there a rich buffet breakfast to choose from, but they also provided complimentary afternoon tea and a late-night snack featuring authentic local rice noodles. Offering incredible value for money, this place is perfect for both business trips and vacations. The best part was the invoicing service—completely digitized, allowing e-invoices to be sent straight to your phone without having to wait in line at the front desk, which saved a lot of precious time. The facilities overall were clean and tidy, and the service was meticulous down to the smallest detail. It's an absolute top choice for anyone staying in Guangzhou.

The service attitude was excellent, and all our questions were answered promptly. The room amenities were fully equipped with a smart voice control system. The environment is beautiful with a view of the Canton Tower. The room was also very clean and new, and the gym facilities were very modern.

Was disappointed when I called for the airport pick up as the lady said No English! How am I supposed to book if you don't speak English? This was the 1st hurdle. 2nd hurdle was room TV wasn't working and how would I called for help if they don't speak English right? 3rd hurdle was breakfast from 7-9am. My flight was 8.30am They arranged for my transfer at 5am. So, do I get to pack my brekkie? Lady said NO So, I argued and then she showed me a papervag of juice and buns. This hotel is outdated from the outlook and was originally called Super 8 hotel Bedroom slippers was not new but rather recycled plastic slippers. Looks so unhygienic to use . Booked this place due to their airport pick up/drop off that's all. I'd rather book another hotel if you asked me.

We had an amazing stay this time! First of all, the ocean views from the hotel are unbeatable. We were lucky to have clear, sunny weather, and the sea and sky blended into a brilliant, crystal-clear blue! You can watch the sunrise right from your room's small balcony or take a walk down to the seawall. The hotel has an innovative design—the front desk is on the top floor, and the rooms cascade downwards, meaning every single room faces the ocean. Everywhere you look is a picturesque view, perfect for taking photos, and just completely relaxing. The swimming pool is clean and beautiful, and I loved it! I also brought two elderly family members who are in their 80s, and the young staff members took such attentive care of them over the two days. We had a wonderful time! A fantastic hotel that I highly recommend!

Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Guangzhou South Railway Station, making travel convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, and the service is warm and attentive. The facilities are complete. It was a great stay, and I will choose this place again next time!

The Executive Lounge at Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou is excellent. Aside from one staff member who seemed a bit stern, the other service personnel were all incredibly warm and polite, making us feel right at home. The food inside was also fantastic. Although the cocktails were a bit subpar, the overall experience was still very positive, earning high praise from both myself and my boss. The public area's pool and Jacuzzi experience were also great, and the sauna and warm pool in the changing rooms were equally impressive. The room itself was also quite good.

The front desk service was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was huge and super comfortable. The subway entrance is right downstairs, making transportation and parking very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby.

It’s a great hotel in in a very good location hotel lobby and facilities were great, including free laundry service on the second floor rooms itself was fine however, I did notice that the walls were not clean and had gray and dark patches throughout the room. But overall, I would still look again service was great and front desk was friendly

There are cute cats on the second floor to play with, but the check-in process was inconvenient—are you satisfied with that? Checking in was a bit unpleasant. The location is convenient with handrails nearby, and it's easy to catch a taxi. The room... there is also Joy City shopping mall nearby to explore, and a Hema Fresh supermarket too.
