The location is very good, and the beach below is also beautiful. If the weather is good or you are brave, you can walk across the sea to the small island on the opposite side. I didn't dare to go because the sea was a bit big that day. Don't hold too high hopes for free penguin viewing at night. The white guy in the hotel was very responsible and chatted with us for almost two hours, but the penguins had to wait until the people who paid to see them finished before they could go. Some people said they saw one, but I didn't see one.

Perfect stay ; We have stayed very often and will be back .......Great parking system ......Fast check in ... Fast check out ....We had 2 requests and both were acknowledged and applied ....
Thank you again ....
We arrived late at night, about 10pm. I had tried to call to find out reception times but had had no luck getting through. Thankfully reception was open until midnight and check in was fast and efficient. The amenities where spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The accommodation pods are on stilts and there is some movement if people are walking around but it didn’t bother us at all. Our room (king bed) had a nicely appointed bathroom, nothing huge but still spacious enough, a large cupboard and an area with tea and coffee making facilities , the bedroom was huge with one whole wall of sliding glass doors which in summer would be amazing for opening up to the veranda which is full length. Fantastic views of the animal paddock and the ocean. All the staff we dealt with where so friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the website has no contact phone number details that I could find and the number I got through Trip.com didn’t seem to work, just went to message bank, and there was no details on the website about reception times. The blinds in our room have a reasonable gab between them so a fair bit of light came though in the morning. I’m a light sleeper if it’s not pitch black so I woke early but nothing too concerning. Both easy fixes for the company to make. The accommodation pods have five rooms in them, so excellent for extended family vacations where everyone gets their own space but are all close by. The restaurant and cafe have fantastic views. There is a huge kids playground but I only saw it from a distance. It looked very nice from what I could see. There is animal feeding tours which would great for young families and grandkids. Highly recommend for a lovely quite holiday. Also on the plus side, very close to the airport and Hobart.

The hotel is clean, well equipped & comfortable. As a ”boutique” hotel, we loved the warm fireplace int eh lobby and the small restaurant and bar area. Only a few items let them down a little; on the public holiday the kitchen was closed in the evening. In addition we ordered some mineral water to go to the room, but had to follow that up. Whilst it was supplied free of charge to make up for the delay, it would be preferred that it was simply sent as requested. Overall we loved the hotel, its location, the view, the room and the overall ”Vibe”.
Rooms were clean and tidy with small fridge and iron.
Location was perfect and close walking distance to coles/woolies and restaurants, however there is a restaurant at the motel.
Bed was really comfy

Excellent, hearty and warm service. The airport skybus stop is right in front of the hotel (frequency 40 mins, whole ride 25 mins from or to airport). Room and bed very comfy. Free bottle water and welcome cookies. The trash bins inside the room are too small however. Buffet breakfast is decent too. Locationwise, not the best. No restaurants or groceries nearby (just restaurants inside hotels). Need a bit of walk (5-10 mins) to reach the very centre where the shops are.
Pretty interesting architecture ide, renewing these four historical silos into a modern yet classy hotel room.
Love the service and atmosphere, especially the breakfast at The Grains was fantastic.
The halfway point of the Tazhou self-driving tour, the location is very good, just in the Swiss town, the main building at the front desk is very atmospheric, it may be related to the time we went before Christmas. In the morning, you can buy breakfast at the small town bakery with a waterwheel at the door, or you can have breakfast or dinner at the bistro, with large glass windows facing the water view. Children can borrow various games from the game store in the small town, such as Monopoly and the like, all for free, just report the room number. I live in a log cabin. There are electric blankets, air conditioners, microwave ovens, small refrigerators, and kitchen sinks in the rooms. However, the toilets and bathrooms are too cramped and crude. It is best to bring your own toiletries.
The hotel room is very large, the design must be beautiful, and the breakfast is also very delicious. It's a typical American breakfast. It's very good to have a menu to order according to your taste. The house has a sofa. It's very considerate to have a waiter come to the room to open the sofa and put it on. Beautiful surroundings of the hotel

The only good thing is that the front desk service is great. The rest are all shortcomings: the room facilities are old and not soundproof, one room is divided into two rooms, the lights are dim, and when you check in, you will find a door in the middle! At this time, I knew something was wrong. As a result, the hard-working people living next door watched the Indian news until after 12 o'clock, and the foreigners next door had a party and danced until 4 o'clock in the morning. There was a lot of car noise outside the window, and the room was completely soundproof! No toothbrush and slippers were provided (you have to ask the front desk yourself). The water in the washbasin is very small, and the toilet is very old. In the name of saving water, they even put a water-saving sign for you.

KKarl OrGreat location with Free parking for our car. Very professional and friendly front desk. Magnificent stunning view surrounding the ocean.
Love the Rooftop restaurant up at level 17 which is the same building with our hotel room, so convenient. Fun to spend sometime in the Casino which is just in the ground floor of the hotel. Everything is within hands reach.

WwinkwanThis is my first time staying at a Movenpick hotel. The hotel is new & modern. The location is close to Skybus drop out point & Visitor Information Centre. Check in was very smooth & fast. Room was spacious, clean & tidy. It's quiet to sleep through the night.
There was one incident that someone ordered a wrong room service to my room, I told the lady it was not mine & she left. However, when I check out, it's still on my bill. The lady said she would handle it immediately. Then I left my luggage for storage before my flight, and when I went back to pick up my things hours later, I checked with another concierge lady, the charge has been canceled, so nothing had been charged to my card. They were all very nice & helpful.
During my stay, I tried their free desserts at the lobby once (3:30-4:30pm daily). They were generous to provide quite some varieties for tasting, and they were fresh & yummy.

GGuest UserVery good location, walking distances to CBD with many eating places, shopping malls and supermarket.
The bus stop for Skybus for airport transfer and Red Decker (hop on and hop off for City Explorer) is right opposite the hotel.
The one bed room apartment is really spacious, comprising a living cum dining area, a simple kitchen with a microwave oven and a washingmachine cum dryer.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Our special gratitude goes to Mr Aashish (maybe incorrect spelling), who has followed up promptly to help us upgrade to the apartment upon our request.

FfishingrabbitWhile the hotel offers a range of appealing amenities, including a heated swimming pool, our recent three-night stay was marred by cleanliness issues within our room. Despite reporting stained bedsheets to the reception on the second night, the problem remained unresolved until the afternoon of the day. Even then, the room attendant's attempt to rectify the situation was incomplete, as a stained linen was inadvertently left behind.
While the hotel's facilities and standard amenities were comparable to other accommodations, the cleanliness shortcomings significantly impacted our overall experience. We hope that future guests will not encounter similar issues and that the hotel will take steps to address and prevent such occurrences in the future.

SSKYCWith a history of more than 200 years, the hotel is a blend of old and new. The newly opened hotel was rated as one of the top 50.
Marriott,
Near the harbor, it is very convenient to travel. The old park next to it and the market every Saturday are worth visiting.
The breakfast is very rich, especially the cherries and strawberries. Tasmanian food is the best because the food is additive-free and not exported. Cherries are only in season for one month. I stayed for 5 days and the coffee art was excellent every day.
There are many Asian employees and no communication problems.
