excellent all around. The best hotel i have stayed at so far. Some comments had been made about the glass frontage to the bathroom. The hotel could easily put up a black out curtain so any guests with concerns could slide the curtain across.

Austrians act like they owe money to someone else. The front desk staff has a terrible face, and the restaurant staff is not very good either. They don't even say hello when you greet them. The hotel is in a good location, and the environment and rooms are OK. The refrigerator in the room stinks. Every time you open it, it smells like a garbage can. The most surprising thing is that the hotel's spa is shared by men and women, **... It's not a very large space, with saunas and showers, mostly for men.

Attractive location, large parking, nice view of the pond, modernity, comfortable room and cleanliness.

Graz Central Station is also close by, so it is easily accessible by train or bus. If you go down the side street, you will reach the city center, so you can walk to the city center. There is also a mart Billa right next to it. The facilities are clean, and the breakfast is clean and delicious. I recommend it! The photo is the view from the room. Graz Station is right across the street.

A beautiful classy old school hotel. The single room was perfectly adequate with a large comfortable bed and a large bathroom with good quality fittings. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk across a park to the historic centre. The location means that it's very peaceful and I slept well. All in all a great stay and I would definitely return should I visit Graz again.

⸻ The location of the hotel is very convenient, the surrounding traffic is very convenient, and the travel is very convenient. The overall hygiene of the room is very good, clean and tidy, no smell. Living is very safe, the price is good, suitable for travel or short trips.

The location, room size, and cleanliness are all really good. It's definitely a suitable hotel for families. I can't say the same about the internet, though; we had to use our mobile internet because it was extremely slow.

The hotel is in a very central location. The room is decorated with some vintage furniture, which gives it a unique charm. The bathroom is located down a short staircase—it's spacious and very clean, though you’ll need to watch your step at night. The staff are professional and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. Breakfast was generous and delicious.

Obviously a very popular hotel! Sprawls over several buildings and so is deceptively large, even when each section is modest in size. The breakfast bar and staff are impressive, though the coffee machines deliver a bitter brew! My room was very modest in size, but certainly good enough. I suspect the rooms look very different from building to building.

Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary).
