We liked this hotel. It's not far from the Disney monorail station. There is a bus from the hotel to the Bayside Station. There is a separate free hotel bus to the Maihama subway station, if you want to go to downtown Tokyo, etc (you don't need take the monorail and pay the high monorail fees). The hotel is tall and the view is unobstructed. They offered us a view of the park or of the ocean, which was very nice. I wish we would have asked them if there is a view of Mount Fuji? The room was not huge but decent sized, and not the newest style, but it was clean and decent. We would not hesitate to stay there again. The bed was comfortable and the curtains were ok.

📍 The location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is right inside Tokyo Disney Resort, with Bayside Station on the Disney Resort Line right at its doorstep, just a 5-minute walk away 🚃. There's a free shuttle bus to the parks, and an airport limousine bus stop downstairs, so even with luggage, it's a breeze. 🌿 The ambiance is grand yet quiet, with a high-ceilinged, spacious lobby and stylish art deco decor. From the ocean-view room's balcony, you can watch the sunset over Tokyo Bay and planes taking off and landing in the distance – truly therapeutic! 🌊 The room is quite spacious by Japanese standards; even with an extra bed for three of us, it was comfortable. The separate bathtub was perfect for soaking away the day's fatigue, and though the bedding was firm, we slept soundly. 🍳 Breakfast was the highlight! The hotel has four restaurants to choose from, and we tried them for three consecutive days: * **Grand Café:** The most popular, with the widest variety. The freshly made omelets and French toast are a must-try, but it often gets crowded in the morning, so going early is recommended. * **Galleria Café:** More geared towards Western light meals. The automatic coffee machine makes good lattes ☕. It's less crowded and quiet, perfect for a quick bite if you're in a hurry. * **Asuka (飛鳥):** Offers Japanese set meals. The grilled fish, miso soup, and small side dishes are exquisitely presented, adding a sense of ceremony 🍱. Service can be slow, but if you're not rushing, it's a very pleasant dining experience. 💁 The service is up to Japanese standards. The front desk staff communicate smoothly in English. Luggage storage and early check-in can be handled at the Welcome Center next to Maihama Station, which is very thoughtful. The kids' play area and indoor pool allowed the little ones to burn off energy completely, giving the adults a break. Overall, I'd definitely want to come back for the Disney convenience and breakfast variety! Highly recommend for families with kids. 👨‍👩‍👧

This hotel exceeded our expectations, especially the room size – it was much larger than we anticipated. It was clean and tidy, and there were so many delightful surprises and little gadgets that the kids absolutely loved. There were three single beds, including two bunk beds, so sleeping six people wouldn't be an issue at all. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; just across the road is DisneySea. The room amenities are quite good. While I couldn't select a different room type when booking through Ctrip, it was much more convenient than booking directly on the official website. The twin beds are about 1 meter wide each. Although not as comfortable as the original 1.4-meter wide beds at Disney, and the mattress is a bit firm, it's still decent for a good night's sleep and more comfortable than the basic room beds at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. The front desk staff were very accommodating, giving us a higher floor room as requested and patiently answering all our questions, which I appreciated. The luggage service staff were consistently excellent. The only drawback was that upon first entering the room, there was some grime in the toilet's crevices, indicating a less-than-thorough cleaning. However, the housekeeper the next day was incredibly diligent, restoring everything perfectly and even posing my child's Mickey plushie. In contrast, the housekeeper on the third day was noticeably haphazard. Also, the hotel swimming pool was closed. It states it's open in summer, but it's unclear when 'summer' is defined. You need a room card to enter the hotel garden, and the entrance is secluded with no signs, so unfortunately, I couldn't visit it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially if you’re planning to visit Disneyland and DisneySea. It’s very convenient and accessible, with nearby train stations and even a bus service that takes you directly to the station, making travel hassle-free. The breakfast served in the morning was also really good—simple, satisfying, and a great way to start the day. Our room was very clean and well-maintained, and the hallways were spotless, which really added to the overall comfort of the stay. The ambiance of the hotel is truly magical. It feels like stepping into a fairytale castle, reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella—very charming and whimsical. To top it off, there’s a beautiful sea view that adds a relaxing and refreshing touch to the experience. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Our children are grown now, so we booked this hotel for our first family trip to Disney Resort in a long time. The location was fantastic – right next to the station, allowing us to walk to and from the park, and we could easily hop on the Resort Liner. Being able to store our luggage in the hotel lockers before and after check-in was a huge plus, as it allowed us to explore freely. The bathroom, with its separate wash area and bathtub, was very convenient for the whole family to take turns. We also appreciated the shoe dryer in the room; it was a lifesaver for drying our shoes after they got wet in the rain, making them comfortable to wear the next day.

This hotel is new and conveniently located near the sea. The self-check-in process was very smooth, and I used the luggage delivery service upon check-out, which made traveling with kids much easier. There's also a self-service luggage storage room available. It's very close to DisneySea, and you can even see the Tower of Terror. There are shuttle buses that take you to both Disney parks and Maihama Station (where you can catch the Disney Resort Line). Each floor has self-service amenities like toiletries, an ice machine, a water dispenser, and ironing facilities, plus baby toilet seats. There's a self-service laundry room, but it gets very crowded on weekend evenings, and the availability status on the in-room TV is often delayed and inaccurate. The ground floor common area has a reading nook, perfect for working, and building blocks for kids to play with. There's also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor with a good selection of items, which is very handy.

The room was well-appointed and comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious, with excellent floor drainage that prevented any water from splashing out. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly, apart from one who seemed a bit unfriendly on the first day but was fine later on. What particularly touched me was when we were checking out; a staff member stopped the departing shuttle bus for us and, braving the rain, helped my daughter, our luggage, and me get on board. I'm truly grateful to her! The breakfast was fantastic. I'd gladly return here if I have the opportunity.

Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea for Halloween?

Tokyo Disneyland offers more major Halloween activities in 2026, while Tokyo DisneySea is better for visitors who prefer scenic views, unique attractions and a more relaxed park atmosphere.

Choose Tokyo Disneyland for:

  • The Villains’ Halloween “Into the Frenzy”
  • Haunted Mansion “Holiday Nightmare”
  • Cinderella Castle photos
  • Classic Disney attractions
  • More Halloween-specific entertainment

Choose Tokyo DisneySea for:

  • Disney Halloween Greeting
  • Mediterranean Harbor views
  • Attractions found only at Tokyo DisneySea
  • A more detailed and atmospheric park design
  • A Halloween experience with fewer major event activities

Visitors with enough time can visit both parks on separate days to enjoy their different attractions and Halloween entertainment.
